I went to get my glasses, which is a very good experience. I had some concerns about the billing so I went back and I spoke to a gentleman name Zack he was amazing. That guy needs a raise very calm, very sweet, very much like a gentleman and he help me get my stuff done within minutes. I can't say enough about this gentleman. Very kind very very kind. He needs a raise please

They grossly over book appointments…my appointment was at 1:30 here it is 2:20 and STILL waiting…absolutely ridiculous..

If I could rate them a zero I would. My appointment was at 10:45, I arrived at 10:40 and signed in. Noone acknowledged or welcomed me. After 20 minutes passed I left. Don't waste your time.

I broke my glasses while on vacation so I stopped in for a new pair of glasses. Jasmine was extremely friendly & knowledgeable. She was able to help me find a pair of replacement glasses that wouldn’t break my bank but also didn’t make me look like I was someone’s grandmother . I will be recommending this place to my family who lives in FL

I have gone to this shop for my eye care since they opened. As of yesterday the unprofessionalism that was occurring was mind-blowing. I came for my 2:00 appointment and sat in the waiting room watching the employees talk about anything but work for over 20 minutes. I was then seen by the eye doctor who is extremely Pleasant and the only good thing I can say about the whole visit! I went out chose my new frames sat down with the girls she marked them and a woman came in with an iguana. The girl helping me rolled away in fear of this animal and totally ignored finishing my order. Her phone then rang and she got up grabbed her phone and walked away from me. At this point I was done and left. I'm walking to my car and I am stopped by the office manager I believe and he asked me what my problem was and I explained to him exactly that. I placed my order and said I would not be returning ever! The difference in service is absolutely deplorable! I've referred them to my friends which I will now apologize for. It was an extremely disappointing experience.

One Worker had their feet up on desk leaning back. Rest of the clique were talking about booze. Very unprofessional atmosphere.

I always had great experience at this place. There is a new lady doctor there now, wonderful woman...she helped me when I was financially struggling to get contacts. I walked away that day with a pair of lenses and they ordered me free trials. I have to say Zac was absolutely terrific at everything he handled I wasn't even aware that I can order new glasses for free but not only did I get better glasses that he helped me pick, he let me keep the old ones in case new ones break. All the staff is friendly. The only negative thing that I can say is that they are little pricey but they work with you. And sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. But overall, I would recommend this place. -Sanela J
