Excellent Doctor, He takes time to fully explain all issues. He stays current in new discoveries and is very knowledgeable in all aspects of modern medicine.

Excellent Pulmonary Doctor! Very smart man, good patient care and partnering to work toward best outcomes possible. Uses technology well in order to make the most of each appointment and to assure patient records are current and accurate. Office staff are wonderful. Would have been 5 stars except there has been problems getting referrals to other physicians and for testing to actually go through to the recipients. I had to keep calling both and following up until finally they sent an old fashioned paper fax, which finally got through on both the test order and the referral. The office staff were very kind, pleasant and helpful each time I asked them to repeat sending the documents. So I think the issue may be with their internal IT system for sending electronic referrals and test orders, and not any failing on part of any of the staff. I am very grateful for their help and for this wonderful Doctor.

Excellent physician! Explains all issues plain and succinctly, has great "bed side manner", and is extremely pleasant. The staff he has is great as well. Been seeing him for quite a few years now and have never been disappointed. The office is very accomodating when making appointments and when dealing with prescriptions. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Rivera-Morales.

I met Dr Morales when I was in ICU and he was able to find out why I was so sick, while 2 other lung drs missed it. He is great, explains everything, & has great bedside manners. His staff is very professional and friendly.

He is the best Dr. I have ever found. He is friendly, listens, very professional, He took care of my mother, well she loves him. He take cares of my husband too. He knows when you need a specilists and referral youto the best one. He is been our dr, for more than 15 years. God Bless him. We need you.

My parents have been with Dr. Rivera for years. Thursday, 5 days ago. My dad called who's 78yrs old. Still is waiting for a returned phone call for my mother who is really sick. I took her to the ER on Friday, meds aren't working so I called this morning at 9am. Still no returned phone call. The staff was extremely rude. Frankly I will be looking for a new doctor for them. We're currently in the waiting room at the ER.

This doctor is top notch! He cares about you and will take time to make sure you are happy and healthy. His staff is wonderful and most helpful. Lori goes out of her way to help in any way she can!
