Sage Dental Of Titusville's Online Review Report Card

I’m usually really nervous about the dentist because I’ve had such bad experiences but here everyone is so welcoming & nice. I’m so glad I found this place.

DO NOT take your child here. This dentist is not kid friendly. I took my son here to get sealants and of course he was nervous and scared. The dentist immediately said to me “I don’t work on kids who’s upset”. My son started crying and the dentist told me the appointment had to be rescheduled. The dentist was very unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to work with my son from the beginning. I do not recommend this dentist for kids. The dentist needs more patience.

Dr. Valencia and the staff at Sage Dental are all so caring and wonderful people.

Today I was a tag along with a patient of the office . I overheard the office manager telling the doctor about notes .The doctor didn't even acknowledge the office manager, instead they laughed at her after she walked away . The tension in the office is so very thick & there is no respect for the office manager clearly. This office needs to find another dentist & fast . My family will not be back.

My experience with Sage Dental was a good. Everyone was very friendly wanting to keep you happy and comfortable. They did a great job.

Rip off, charge for things they took off of bill then put back on ;ater when I told them I don't want anything my insurance company doesn't pay for . Gave me zero balance and then months later change me 215.00 for what they took off . Don't trust what they say get it in writing!!!

Update: I was so disappointed when I went for my follow up cleaning this week. Only when I was taken back for my cleaning was I told that Mohamed wasnt there anymore. I even received a phone call the week prior asking me if I could change my appointment time. It would have been appropriate to let me know at that time. This cleaning was by far the total opposite of the cleaning I had with Mo. The hygienist seemed completely frazzled from start to finish. Mo calmed my fears and did a deep cleaning without causing any pain all while explaining everything. This hygienist drapped the cords across me, and kept getting things from the cabinet behind me that I couldn't see. That made me extremely nervous since my utensils were supposed to be in the sealed bag. Mohamed put the antibacterial flush between my teeth, she poked my gum with the needle. I can only hope it came out of the sterilized bag. I felt stressed when I left. She said she'd been doing cleanings for years but it didn't seem like it. I think her name was Angela, not sure, she didn't have a card and I found out she won't be at that location. The next time I come in, there will be a different hygienist. Based on my review of Mo as well as many others, I would try to get him back if it were my business. Hopefully my next visit is better, I just hope it doesn't become a revolving door. Positive note, the Doctor saw me and was pleasant as usual. I Went for an exam, had a loose bridge. It actually came off during the exam and the doctor was able to recement it for me. Was told I needed a deep cleaning on a few teeth. When I got there for my cleaning appointment, I had all but chickened out, as I've heard horror stories about them. I was ready to leave but the front desk associate suggested that I talk to the hygienist. He thoroughly explained everything and walked me through the process. He handed me the mirror several times so that I could see what he was doing. The numbing gel helped, and the pain wasn't that bad. After talking to Mohamed, I felt that I could trust his expertise. Gums are a little bit sore today as to be expected but not bad at all. If you've been putting off a deep cleaning due to fear, go see Mohamed. The Dr saw me on my way out and asked how my bridge was doing, she too is very nice. Happy to have found a place in Titusville, my previous dentist on my insurance plan was in East Orlando.

I am being treated by Mohamed Darweesh, R.D.H. I cannot say enough how much he TRULY cares about his patients! His professionalism is laudable. Mohamed Darweesh helped me make sure to get the correct treatment that I need, and was so kind during the process. My mouth has never felt better, and I definitely smile more because of Mohamed Darweesh! Thank you so MUCH!
