List of Abdur Rahim's Reviews
Dr. Rahim has been my family's cardiologist for 20 years. He has cared for my father, my mother, my brother and my husband. I would trust their hearts to now other physcian. He is kind and compassionate but firm in his direction and encourages his patient's to be their own health care championand equips them with the knowledge to do so. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone who has any cardiac concerns.

I am a young woman who dr rahim did not take seriously at all. i have been having chest pain since december and he was sure it was just my diet and anxiety, im in a healthy weight range btw and heart conditions do run in my family. when my results came back it turned out i did have something that it seemed like he didnt even want to admit i had. first time he said i had it he said it to himself under his breath while looking at my results. he then started spelling it out to me so i could write it down and thats when i was like wait what? he then proceeded to tell me to just 'google it'. like i paid them money for a diagnoses and he literally told me to google it. which btw was entirely unhelpful google had too many answers and idk which ones were appropriate for my condition because all i knew was the name of it and nothing else i still have no idea the severity of it but i am still struggling with chest pain constantly. He prescribed me nothing and told me exercise and come back in 6 months. really hard to do that when i have intense chest pain and fatigue constantly. then he told me i needed "to get the devil out of my head" because i have tattoos. he also kept looking at my breasts while talking to me. also, MAKE SURE you check with the front desk staff and MAKE SURE they have reached out to your insurance before your tests are performed. I had two tests that were both performed before they heard back from my insurance and that left me with a hefty deductible. One that i paid to a doctor who told me to get my answers from google. I just find it weird how they even asked for me to reschedule one of those appointments because they had not heard back from my insurance. I would have been happy to reschedule like, I had already, if it meant I could thoroughly know how much I was paying. lol ya just dont go here especially if youre a young woman.
Has been the family doctor for over 30 years. He is a rare find and truly cares about all his patients. He listens, he thoroughly checks and he carefully explains. And if you need him to repeat he does so without hesitation.
Wonderful Doctor. Takes a true interest in his patients. Excellent bedside manner.Explains in easy words your condition and treatment plan.
Dr. Rahim is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. As an exercise physiologist I have a better working knowledge of the human body than most American American's and have know Dr. Rahim for years. He has always been very willing to help his patients understand their health complications and communicates effectively with everyday citizens that don't have a great education in anatomy and physiology.
I called him and left messages 3 different times and they never called me back. The last time was when I was released from the hospital for A Fib and whoever answered the phone was giving me medical advice. His office staff is a joke !!!
Terrible experience. Rushes you out of the office(like most offices) I have had an spo2 of 94 many of times and he says well your fingers are probably just cold. "Your too young too be in here" I had severe shortness of breath during these episodes. Those symptoms don't go along with"cold fingers". When will doctors learn no one is "too young" for anything health related. Nurse took my bp of 130/94 and my ekg showed severe abnormalities then the doctor comes in and uses a machine and my bp is 109/72? And his final answer is it's probably just anxiety. He says I could run tests but it'd be a waste of time. I pay you for you to tell me I'm too young for any health concerns (25 years old) and my fingers are too cold probably. Then in the middle of me asking a final question he shakes my hand and says thank you and rushes me out. Ridiculous.
Great Physician and cardiologist. Great communicator and spend all the that is needed . I believe because of his great diagnostics he saved me from another heart attack. He does not do interventional surgery but they have excellent Surgeon right in that office that actually perform the surgeries.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
