The doctor is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Easy with communication and very detailed

I can't understand why a doctor that goes to school for 7 years needs to solicit work through text message. But thats how I found out about this office, then when I called the lady who had answered the phone was clueless about the mass message sent out. If the a text message can be sent out but not informed employees of any messages sent out and to expect calls to come in. I don't even want to find out what else the dr don't tell there employees about. Bad customer service with uninformed employees hired.

I went there and they said I had prostate cancer, and needed to come out ASAP. Well they took it out at Trinity hospital. Worst hospital ever. They never cleaned tube. Had over 1600 ml backed up in me. Then almost died with klebsiella septis pneumonia and couldn't walk or move my hands. Went to North Bay for that. They were fantastic. My suppose urologist was outside the door. Then he said he wasn't there. My primary doctor wouldn't let me go see any other urologist. I turned him into Humana. I then went to Suncoast urology in Hudson. Arnie Tandenbaum was great. He said my prostate never needed to come out. Well it's too late now. My life has been destroyed from the Trinity office. David Dipiazza was not a good doctor. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

Dr Ali Syed cares more about collecting a co payment that is not owed rather than serving his patients. I showed up for my scheduled appointment and was asked for a co payment. I explained that due to a hospitalization at the beginning of the year I had met my deductible and out of pocket expenses. The office receptionist refused to believe me and demanded the money. I spoke with the office manager who acted the same. The insurance company called their office and told them I had met all out of pocket and owed them nothing. The office manager went to Dr Syed who demanded I pay him a co payment I did not owe or I would have to reschedule. I am currently having medication issues due to no follow up on interactions by him or his office as well as medical issues that need to be addressed and this so called doctor threw his Hippocratic oath out the window for $30.00, leaving me looking for a new doctor as I will no longer deal with Ali Syed and his poor attitude, an attitude that is prevalent throughout his office and staff. I have filed a grievance with the insurance company and will be filing a complaint with the state of Florida. If I could leave zero stars I would. In addition to the above, I was informed by two doctors that this doctor was treating me for the wrong issues. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this guy as possible.

Dr. Syed is a very caring person and wants the best for his patients. He explains the situation and offers options to help, and recommends what he feels is the best option for the scenario at hand. I do recommend Dr. Syed.

Well organized. All staff members are courteous and helpful. Prompt on time service. Professional examination. Personalized services. I never feel lost.

I would highly recommend Dr. Syed. He was so patient with me and took his time explaining every option every step of the way. I wish all my Dr's gave his kind care.

I did not see Dr. Ali Syed. I saw Dr. David DiPiazza. I called this office several times to ask the Doctor a few questions that I should have asked while present (my bad). Upon finally speaking to someone, who I can only assume was a nurse, I was treated very dismissively. I was only calling to seek clarification on something in the images. Between the poor customer service and a recommendation to a doctor that doesn't seem to be the right fit for my issue (it was not explained why my symptomes would suggest a different type of doctor), I can't give this office a good review. I'm also uninsured, so the recommended doctor won't see me anyway. Hopefully whoever is reading this has a better experience.

Dr Syed and staff at AUI in Trinity Fl have helped me through boughts of kidney stones and now prostate cancer. The best thing about Dr. Syed is that he has taken as much time as needed to answer any and all questions and walk me through all available treatments and options. As busy as he might be, when you are with him he makes you feel like you are his only concern for that day. You cannot ask for better care than that !!!

Great, in every way… From knowledge to bedside manner. Highly recommend!
