Initial visit with this doctor sincei moved. First he wasn't available so the appointment was made with nurse practitioner. When I arrived the girl at the desk told me I had a $50 copay. I told her no I don't. Then the other girl told me that I don't have a copay that this is office policy they collect $5] from patients. I have insurance pays 90%. My insurance said not to pay that getting money back would be a headache. This office is a scamandi hope they lose thier scam of a practice

The whole place is the best! I’ve been to a lot of doctors and the doctors and staff are as friendly and professional as you will find here. They make me happy to see them and I’m not a fan of going to the doctors office.

Went to Dr Shirmohammad to establish as a new patient. I got his PA...for a new patient? REALLY???? Don't you want to at least know your patients, especially a NEW ONE? If you want to see the actual doctor...good luck. Moreover, if you want to speak to someone good luck as well. All you get is an automated service and an answering machine that they don't return your calls on. I had few issues that I needed looked at. The PA ordered a CBC. I had a nightmare non existant conference call with Dr. Shirmohammad that he NEVER SHOWED UP TO after taking the time off of work to attend. Waited on line for the virtual appointment for over 35 minutes and he no showed. I finally gave up and hung up. The office called me back AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER wondering what happened to me then charged me a $25 co pay to speak to me about my CBC results over the phone. Really? I had the results emailed to me 3 weeks earlier. I didn't need him to go over normal test results. Instead, why not speak to me about other possibilities of determining what may be wrong, the reason I made an appointment in the first place? The problems were still there and he just washed his hands of it like well, the CBC was fine and that was that. I had to push back to have him refer me to a specialist. The front desk lady whom I assume was the office manager was really nice but it doesn't make up for the fact that this practice is a total train wreck. It seems that they are too busy for actual patient care and that there is no personal one on one care, there is no ability to call and talk to someone at the front desk or have them return your calls let alone, god forbid, if you actually need to speak to the Dr. or the PA in this practices case. If you like PAs, no communication, no shows, $25 dollar phone calls, and no actual doctor/patient relationship then this is the practice for you.

I have been a patient for quite some time and ALWAYS get the best care possible. I highly recommend these Doctors. Keep up the good work!

Both Dr. Shirmohammad and Dr. Eldridge are very caring and knowledgeable individuals. We are newer patients and they are taking great care of us. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. They are very well known and respected in the Tampa area and as such have excellent referring specialists when needed. Truly a great choice for all your family medical needs!

Awesome doctor with fantastic bedside manner

Dr. Shirmo and his office staff saved my life! I cannot thank them all enough. The negative reviews I can only imaging are grumpy, entitled people who do not value quality care or didn't want to may their bills. You will not regret going to see these doctors!

I have always had a positive experience with Dr. Shirmo. Listens, cares and does anything and everything he can to help. He takes care of my husband and my 3 kids. He and his wife are the absolute best!
