Bruce Ernst's Online Review Report Card

This Dr. Is so rude. My husband is trying to find a new dr. In vero Beach area. We called this dr. A woman called him back after a few texts were exchanged. Then the primary care dr was trying to confirm things with them and fax information No one has returned there calls in over a 2week period. So this morning my husband texted and called left a message. Dr called back and said he didn't understand why there having a problem getting in touch with them and my husband confirmed the fax number. He told him maybe he should just go find another dr. Wth what is wrong with these rude drs in all my years I've never had more problems with switching and finding a dr. Then here in Florida. Stunned

Dr Bruce Ernst has been taking care of spinal issues for me for over 4 + years. Won't go anywhere else. Planning on a visit be sure to make and keep in contact with the Office Manager. Linda is the BEST !

I needed to find a pain care specialist when moving from another state. I found Dr. Ernst and setup an appointment 3 months ahead of time, I did this at the advise of my pain specialist in Washington, realizing that it can take quite some time to get an appointment with a specialist. His office called me two days before my appointment to tell me that he had decided that he just couldn't help me. Now I am high and dry with only 2 days worth of medication left.

My husband called this doctor and left a message stating that we recently moved from Clear Water to Fort Pierce Florida, my husband left a detailed message Dr, Ernst called back asked a few questions and said he would get back with us, Dr. Ernst did not get back to us, after a week my husband tried again to schedule an appointment but no one picked up and he again left a message. Dr.Ernst called back and left a nasty message with no explanation why he is unable to see me, all he said was, I will not be able to see you period! I would never want to see this rude doctor nor would I recommend Dr. Ernst to anyone, I am happy the appointment was not made, this doctor is unprofessional, rude with poor telephone etiquette!!!

Just down rigjt Awful. Arrogant and Cocky. Loud mouth that has no respect for any human life

Stay away!!! Horrible bedside manner is putting it mildly. Only in the office (not even his place) once a week. Uses a room in a radiology clinic for 4hrs every Thursday, the clinic phone is his cell phone and he prefers cash patients over insured patients. You do the math!!!

Found the Dr and staff to have an amazing disregard for actual patient care. Very suspicious situation from the start. Only in the office on Thursday's and it's just a shared room in a radiology clinic. He actually said that he doesn't make enough money from our insurance for his time. Seemed like he was hinting that he wanted a payoff or something.

My wife had gone to chiropractors for three years, a neurosurgeon (who said nothing could be done) and other doctors for severe pain in her lower back. She has 3 severely herniated discs in her lower spine as well as the beginnign of fusion of two vertebrae. Her pain was such that she could not walk more than 15 steps without being in excrutiating pain. We had tried pain patches and other med's to no avail. We had also tried two other pain management MD's, but did not like the reviews we saw afterwards, or their track record. After doing hours of research on the internet, I found Dr. Bruce Ernst. He is a Harvard Med scool graduate, sumacum laude. Everything I read and could find said loudly "he is the one". He WAS. After the first injection, her paid subsided by 80% and she/we could not be happer. We will go for the 2nd injection shortly. DO NOT be put off by the office which is not staffed until Thursday's, the one day/week he comes to New Port Richey. Excellent is all I can say.
