It's a clean place. Friendly staff.
I have been a patient of this practice since I was 6 weeks old, and because of the trust I had in Dr. Mitchell, I chose this office to care for all three of my children. After decades of loyalty, I never imagined this is how my family would be treated. My children were discharged from this practice solely because I declined vaccinations for my infant daughter and requested a delayed vaccination schedule. Rather than respecting my legal right as a parent to make informed medical decisions for my children, I was made to feel pressured, judged, and ultimately dismissed. As the mother of a nonverbal autistic son, I take every medical decision seriously. Whether or not others agree with my choices is irrelevant those decisions belong to me as the parent. No physician should attempt to coerce or intimidate a parent into accepting a treatment they have clearly declined. “No” is a complete sentence. What made this even more upsetting was the complete lack of respect shown toward my family’s sincerely held religious beliefs. Instead of working with us or respecting our wishes, we were discharged after years of being loyal patients. That is not patient centered care. Thankfully, we have found a pediatrician who respects parental autonomy, listens without judgment, and understands that informed consent means parents have the right to say yes or no without fear of retaliation. After spending my entire life at this practice and recommending countless families over the years, I can no longer recommend Children’s Medical Center Trinity. Parents deserve a provider who will educate them, respect their decisions, and treat them with dignity not one who punishes them for making a different choice. If you value having a pediatrician who respects your role as your child’s parent and supports informed decision making, I encourage you to carefully consider whether this practice aligns with your family’s values.
We have been seeing Dr. Antigone (Dr.Andy) since our son was born almost 3 years ago. She is now seeing our newborn daughter as well. We love her soo much!! She is kind and patient with our littles and makes sure to always ask us if we have any questions. She is very understanding and offers us all of our options with things we bring up. For the parents on here complaining that the office refuses you if you decline regular vaccinations has never actually read the terms and agreements when doing the pre-registration prior to their child’s appointment as it says very clearly that they can and will do so in such an event. They are trying to keep our kiddos safe and healthy, and the best way to do that is by getting them vaccinated. For anyone who thinks you have to just take whatever doctor is available when making an appointment please know that if you request a specific doc you will get to see that one. The front desk staff is a hit or miss sometimes but my calls have always been answered in a timely manner and my husband’s and I requests have always been met. The office is always clean when we are there and we have always had a great experience with the nurses on staff whether it be during shots being given or just seeing them around the office. Overall this is a great pediatric center. We sincerely could not be happier.
We love Dr Bradley! The nurses and staff here are all so friendly and helpful! I love having the comfort of bringing my children here.
I went here as a baby and now I’m taking my baby here, I absolutely love Dr Mitchell & Dr Dwyer He’s always been so patient, understanding, always listened and didn’t get upset with me for denying vaccines. Hes the only reason I go here to be completely honest. Location is very clean.
Dr, Mills has been great. We’ve been taking our daughter to see her for the last 4 years or so. She’s very friendly, nice and patient. Dr. Mills is always concerned if our daughter is doing well or if there’s any questions that we have for her. We’d definitely recommend bringing your child to see Dr. Mills.
Very well-run practice, fantastic providers & staff, and excellent customer service. Dr. Andie has taken care of our family for 5 years since they were born in the hospital and she is the Mary Poppins of pediatricians. She has been wonderful. The front desk has been extremely helpful any time our kids have been sick and needed same day appointments. The office is clean and efficiently run with low wait times. Highly recommend!
very nice until i declined hep b vax for my son. I receive cold and short responses after that. Then a week later it was added to the not recommended list… My son is worth more than your kickback or ego. They also never answer the phone. The new place I found answers within 2 rings. such as breath of fresh air.
We love it here. Both my teen and school aged kids see Dr Hughes. Dr Hughes is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
