I've been working with this facilty for over 12 years. The staff her are always friendly and so easy to work with.

Please do not allow this agency to provide services for your loved one. They had two no shows and when I called they told me I was not at home. The nurse said she had never been called to visit. When she arrived, the nurse was rude and pushy. She acted like we were an inconvenience. I called and spoke with her supervisor who laughed and said she would send someone else. We never received any more nursing visits. The therapist came nine times then said she was steady on her feet. She was not. My mother fell a week after discharge, hit her head and didn’t recover. She is now in a nursing home.

The five star review is from the owner/administrator, Stephanie Henchey, in a desperate attempt to save her reputation because she is unethical and hides behind the guise of Christianity. If your loved ones are in need of care at home, go somewhere else because Horizon Homecare has excellent marketers but the campaign of quality care is a facade because the only value the owner has is the value of a dollar as she continues to fill her pockets. Care is gauged according to profit, not by the need required by the patients.
