On October 18 2021 I developed a nose bleed. Due to my use of blood thinning medication the amount of blood I was losing was. Upon my arrival to the ER the security staff expedited my processing and the gentleman attending the front desk promptly took me in to get cleaned up. However it feels like once my bleeding stopped and I paid my copayment I was set off to the side.After 4.5 hours of waiting and no update on how much longer I would have to wait I left. So what turned out to be a good first impression changed for the worse.

I do not recommend going to the trinity free standing ER. I had a serious ear infection and my ear was almost closed shut and they told me I had arthritis of my jaw and it was causing my pain and symptoms which confused me all together as I was there because of the pain from my ear infection they did not examine me as well. I had to be seen at a complete different hospital because of this. I will never return here again and will make it a point to make sure everyone I know does not go there as well.

My experience at the ER 247 Medical Center of Trinity was exceptional from beginning to end. I was seen in minutes after my arrival and taken to a private room where a very professional nurse took my vitals and all my information. Shortly thereafter the doctor came in and was very courteous and caring. He ordered an xray for my injured hand and again within minutes the xray technician arrived with the equipment to take the xray right in the room. It was not until all my medical needs were taken care of that the registration process occurred. This was done very efficiently via a computer tablet that was wheeled into the room. This was my second experience at this facility the first was with my wife who was experiencing chest pain and in both cases we were extremely satisfied.

First Er and Er staff were efficient proficient professional compassionate. They failed to note however that constipation was my complaint on arrivalwhich left me without assistance for that problem for 2 more days as a kidney stone got all the attention.Next once admitted quality of care dropped drastically. Was patient for 7 days 2 shifts of personnel per day. I had 2 RNs who saw that I got medicines on time as ordered and stayed aware of my condition. I had 2 excellent nursing techsskilled knowledgeable still learning all the time compassionate. I had one initial attending physician who came when requested determined what caused a downturn for me. I had one final attending physician who simply refused to respond to my pharmacys request for assistance re insurance approvaleven though a charge nurse did all the work to hand him the answer and chase him down the evening of my discharge and again the next morning.Masking was not maintained unless the mask police were on the floor. Sanitary requirements were not maintained for volatile infectious diseasesome gowned many didntmeaning spores were probably being carried to other public and patient rooms in hospital. Some used the prescribed wash hands with soap and water before leaving room others did not.Too many liters of saline were administered causing severe edema throughout my body and water in lungs. Then lasix administered without potassium. It was a calamity of errors.I feel fortunate to have gotten out alive.

I was there with my daughter with a high fever keep me waiting for nothing 6 hours ridiculous gave me a false result for pneumonia soooooooo you guys are going to hear from me. The front desk Melissa awful person literally my 4 year daughter was trouble breathing and she kept looking like she was a dog .I don’t know howwww people like her work in the medical field so I hope that place got closed ….. The WORST PLACE EVER Just charging you money to let you dieeeeee .

Took my wife for an emergency and we were there for 6 hrs before we looked at. One of the worse emergencies services i ever been to. No body knows anything or when would you will be attended nor can provide you with an estimate time.

Anyone elses friends or family died from Covid while being treated there? She was fine then all of a sudden she wasnt. I wonder how the nurses feel about unvaxxed patients. They seemed to be could and a bit slimy. I dont know I am just wondering...

I had to go here the other day. The ER was fantastic staff was super friendly. I had my vitals done within a min of being there and was seen by the doctor within like 15 mins. of being there. I spent longer at the pharmacy afterwardsJust want to say thank you to you guys for being so kind and quick quick but thorough

I have never sat in a waiting room waiting for my URINE TEST for 5 hours and being told it’s going to be another 5 hours before I hear anything back. It’s now 830 at night and I checked in at 300pm this absolutely ridiculous and outrageous. I better not get charged for waiting in the waiting room this long when there is barely anyone here for patients but a bunch of nurses and doctors that can take me back and tell me I’m good to go tell me the medication I’m taking and be free to leave. Something needs to be changed and I won’t be coming back here again. Absolutely ridiculous
