You're a horrible doctor...I am in agony with my foot, called pharmacy yesterday to refill a type of prednisone for my foot, you deny it? Now it's Saturday and I can't do anything but go to the ER or suffer until Monday..oh wait, I can't come in because my foot hurts so bad I can't stand on it...im passing in a bucket!!! We set up last year that you send a couple scripts to pharmacy for when this happens, I can call the pharmacy...yet you deny it..not to mention when this happened on Christmas, you and your colleague were out of the country for a month..had to go to ER then also..you are horrible!!!

Denied a steroid for my foot, same one you've given me in the past for my foot. Now either I go to ER, or wait until Monday in agony...not to mention this happened at Christmas time when you and your colleague were out of the country for a month..you need to be disbarred..sorry excuse for a doctor..im changing doctors.

Best doctor I've ever been to very paient

This Doctor and his office staff are the worst on planet. My 82 years father have decided to switch with him 6 months ago through his insurance since this doctor is closer to parents' home, and ever since, my father got nothing but struggles and hard time from the doctor's stuff specially the rude and hesitant named ' Samantha'. during my first visit, the doctor was pushing my father to switch with a heart doctor in his network and next door to the doctor office. My father was like, I am happy with my current one, and i am seeing him next month, so please have your assistants get me the visit authorization upon receiving from my heart doctor or any other specialist. The doctor kept convincing my father that next door heart doctor is better, and he should move with him, my father said no thanks. Since then, the Lady named Samantha has been ignoring all authorization requests wither from heart doctors nor hematologist doctor, and every time we call her, she either put on hold for hours or hang up the phone on us. My fathers both doctors' offices have advised to find a better cooperative PCP to treat my father. Additional to the above issues, the doctor wants to see my father every 3 month, but he only gives medications for 30 days only with no refill, so we call and ask the same lady " Sam" which is the only one there answers phone and being rude and mean to us, she replies that he needs to come for a visit first to get refill and when we ask for a visit, she give my father a far out appointment. Our concerns are, why these doctors are taking advantages of their elder patient and no one out there is watching them, and why this lady is control elder people and treating them this way and no one ever said something to her, she doesn't let no speaks, she hangs up the phone on patient and leaves them on hold for hours, she is super rude in person. I don't suggest this doctor to any patients to go to or even visits. Him and his team are qualified to treat patients.

Dr CHOWDOPPA is an amazing Dr howeveat the drop of a hat he brought some new into his practice and he took over changed everything. Including the entire staff. And Dr CHOWDOPPA is no longer to be found. I love Dr CHOWDOPPA and now am search of a new Primary. This new Dr is all over the place and himself. I have an appointment scheduled and have been trying to reach them, but keep getting an answering service for another practice a no one to speak to extremely disappointed. Since this new Dr took over it just gets gets worse all the time. And never keeps up with what's happening with patients outside his office Since he had nothing to do with the procedure. He wants to be the do it all Dr, but unless you schooled for all specialties your not aloud.....

Well his been my doctor for 11 years no complaints his wonderful and Dr.came aboard Dr. Rafael love him they doing a great team

He spends almost entire time on computer with his back towards you. If I wanted Web MD, I could have stayed home. Does not listen to what you are saying or would rather not respond to what you are saying. You leave his office with the same unanswered questions as when you arrived. The office staff is always very friendly but the staff has changed quite a bit lately. and I go to see a dr. who listens to ME and who treats ME, not to chit chat with a smiling secretary behind a desk. Hopefully the new guy will be different.

i have seen him for years (ins reasons) and he never has laid a hand on me! never listened to heart, breathing, nothing. i doubt he has ever turned around from his computer to see what i look like. the only good thing is the office staff. dont get an early appt- they will tell you- he comes in around 10:00 even when he has appts at 9:00. he is rude. i have serious doubts about his medical ability.
