Completely missed the fact that my MRI showed I had a lateral torn meniscus. Got a second opinion today with another doctor because things didn’t feel right. New doctor showed me right away on MRI that it’s torn. I was shocked that this was missed. Would not recommend unfortunately.

I am very disappointed with this office. First of all I never got to see Dr. Tippet. Even on my 1st visit I ended up seeing his nurse and not him. Their phone service is awful. Twice I felt sick and was trying to call the office and wasn't able to get through. They don't respond to your messages efficiently. I ended up having to find another dr. So good luck!

Dr. Tippett listens to me and never makes me feel rushed. He works with me to find the best treatment and gives me options for my care. He cares and so does his staff. I've been going to him for ten years and wouldn't change.

I am very ill and tried calling Dr Tippets office for 2 days..Yesterday, when you press 2 it rang busy so I had to call Baycare and did a telehealth visit and was ordered Tamiflu. I had a horrible night with a severe sore throat. Called the office at 9am this morning and never received a return call. I recalled at 11:50 as on Fridays they close at 12 noon. I spoke with a MA who was non caring and said the doc and nurse practioner are all on vacation and there is only herself and another MA in the office today. I asked who was on call and she said nobody. I asked what are 2 MA's doing in the office if no one there. She said to tell people to go to a walk in clinic.i am so over this kind of care or let's say lack of care. I used to really respect and like Dr Tippet...I would like a return call from him to see if this is how the office is ran or I was given a story..either way unacceptable.

One of the most caring doctors that I know. He follows up with you in the hospital and through communication. His staff is wonderful. My family and I have been going to him since he has opening 16 years ago.

Been coming to dr.tippett for over 10 yrs he takes his time with each patient and try to answer all the questions you might have and if I can give mrs Joyce a 10 I will she is the best

Love Dr. Tippett and his staff. Very competent, professional, friendly, accommodating. It's not a "shake and bake" practice - the entire staff takes their time with you, listens, and explains things related to your health in great detail. I've had Dr. Jesse, Nurse Practitioner Julie see me, and they are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and true masters of their profession. I trust them totally. Had an appointment with Julie yesterday (10/14/2021) and she is awesome. Spent a few minutes talking before the "business" of the appointment - she makes you very comfortable, and her competence is obvious. Plus just a really nice person. Again, love these guys, won't go anywhere else! God bless Dr. Tippett and his staff!

My husband and I been going to this doctor for over 10 years, he is the best in the medical field that I had came across. Dr. Tippett take his time listens to you and then starts a plan of action for your health. Dr. Tippett will provide you as your the only patient in his office. He's office staff is friendly and stays on top on things. I give this office more the just 5 stars.
