If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely incompetent and unorganized staff. The most difficult and incompetent was Lucy at the front desk. Be warned if speaking with her because she will tell you different things each phone call and mess up all of your appointments / provide incorrect information. I will be going elsewhere to a Dr. whose office knows how to provide services in a more seamless, easy, and organized manner for the patient.

My husband visited the office of Dr. Patel yesterday. The office personnel were very polite and courteous, even though they had no file on him. He had been referred by his surgeon directly. I was nervous after reading previous reviews. Dr. Patel is wonderful.

I'm very disappointment with the front desk since I request get an interpreter one month ago and they have time to find the interpreter. Today 6/15, I calling to follow up and they have't get an interpreter. Im so upset with the front desk. Last year no problem and all is good. I already report my primary doctor. Whenever I am asking to get an interpreter and do it right away and they have time for a month to find an interpreter.

Office staff are a nightmare. Only have seen Dr at Surgery Center. Definitely changing Gastroenterology Specialist soon!

Wonderful Dr. Totally incompetent staff. Called yesterday to cancel a follow up appointment because he had an appointment with Ca center for infusion. Was told they would call with follow up results at 8:15 am today. It is now 9:25 am. He called at 9am to remind them of their call. I have been on hold for 25 minutes listening to some horrible music waiting and waiting.

Frustrated with office staff/nurse practitioner...doctor seems to be in surgery most of the time... getting a refill on a medication that was requested days ago seems to be next to impossible...excuse given "we are working short handed". We are going into the weekend with NO pills left and no promise of this request being filled today.

I was billed for over a grand by this Dr the only interaction I had with him is the hospital staffed referred me to him and he gavee his card If I wanted to do a follow up with him after I left the ER. My insurance requires referral from my primary befor I see a specialist thus only getting his business card. And yet I was billed for more then 1k. None the less I'll be disputing this with my lawyer. I would not advise anyone see this Dr if this is how they practice will frivolous billing

Excellent care... Definitely meet w him at least every 6 months so that I can get my scope done in order for me to continue to eat solid foods... Amazing feeling once it's done... Thank you to Dr. Patel & the friendly staff for their dedication and friendlyness...

Staff is rude, won’t help you get any kind of records, gives you the run around and doesn’t care about your well-being. Go somewhere else if you’re looking for a Doctor that’s actually going to do what’s right.
