Colonoscopy by Dr Patel. Excellent service, met before the procedure and he thoroughly went thru everything even though this wasn’t my first. This office staff is very unprofessional. They have no idea of what they are doing. The Doctor is never in his office. He refused to call in medications for my special needs son. He has cancelled numerous time Tele visits with me for my son and states that I am the one who is in non-compliance. Discharged us without notification. Please DO NOT send your loved ones to this unprofessional Doctor and his staff.

The staff is very rude and he doesn’t care. He is just as rude. He doesn’t care about his patients and talks down to them. I would not sent your loved o es to him. Find a caring Doctor.

Staff is very rude and incompetent. He is just like them. He talks down to you. Never in the office. Hard to make appointments. He cancels tele-visits and says you are non compliant. Refuses to call in prescriptions. You have to fight to get care from this non caring Doctor. Go somewhere else. Find a Caring Doctor. You won’t find it at his practice anywhere.

I was hospitalized from ER and this gastro was assigned to me. He was uncaring, inattentive and never once made the effort to meet with me to discuss my condition or the test results. No patient should be treated so poorly by a physician

Both my boyfriend and I happen to be in need of a Gastroenterologist just a few months of each other. He used Dr. Patel first and was extremely satisfied and I went to all his visits with Dr. Patel and was able to sit in and experience them with him. That is why I decided to use Dr. Patel also and again extremely satisfied. He is kind, caring and keeps on top of everything going on in his office. I had to call after hours with a concern and he called back with kindness and quickly put me at ease unlike some experiences I have have through the years with doctors being a bit annoyed. WE highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I came to Dr.Patel and ARNP with a list of complaints. Dr. Patel and his staff worked quickly to get a plan of care together. They were all so helpful and kind during the whole testing process. I would highly recommend them for all GI needs!

Horrible, rude, dismissive and checking email or vm while patient is asking questions/talking vs being attentive or concerned. I can't say this enough ...don't use him. Office is crazy, make mistakes and confused about everything and snippy. Dr P seems to schedule tests and appt so as to benefit payments vs health issues. Most important he says very hurtful rude things to patient who are there for help. What doctor does that? Just horrible doctor! There are others in the area that far exceed his lack of knowledge and personality flaws.
