Dr. Young listens well, hears what I’m saying, asks relevant questions, and answers my questions with respect and dignity. He has helped me regain my health, makes good referrals and always has a smile. My doc for 7 years and I’m not going anywhere!

Horrible treatment at Trinity Hospital. Speaks down to you and doesn’t even care. He has zero compassion for the family when he delivers devastating news. Just a regular Tuesday for him. Clearly he hates his job. If you ask the same question twice for clarification (because your mind is blown for what he’s telling you) he responds “I’ve already answered that question” and that’s that. Healthcare should NOT be his line of work. I would caution anyone that doesn’t want to feel like a number to find someone else who actually cares.

My husband sought a new doctor outside the VA after receiving uncaring treatment from them. Dr. Young has been patient, caring and has worked diligently to help him with a medical condition the VA caused since his first visit with him in 2019. He will never change primary doctors. He's so pleasant, and I can tell he truly cares about my husband's well being. He spends as much time as needed with him even though he has a very busy practice. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Young.

visit went fine, not sure I liked one of the questions asked but that's just me.. office staff is still terrible as it was the last time I used Dr Young .. no phone manners for the staff monitoring the phone calls very condescending & downright rude..
