Dr. Thomas has made an effort to know me. She knows that I need a firm voice when I'm not taking my health concerns seriously. She also knows that I am disciplined enough to use exercise and alternative meds in place of conventional. Her compassion and bedside manner is excellent. She is thorough and efficient and I am glad I found her. I have been with her for 6 years.

Biggest concern in relocating to Florida was finding a good PCP to replace my Delaware PCP of 30 years. I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Thomas. I have multiple complex health issues. Dr Thomas is extremely knowledgeable, competent, skilled and compassionate. During visits she listens and takes time to explain everything thorough. She advocates for me when needed, responds to non visit questions in a timely manner and is easy to access when I have a problem or concern. I don?t have words to explain how grateful I am to have her as my PCP.

Dr Thomas is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, competent and compassionate physician. I am a retired RN with multiple complex health issues. I was concerned about finding a doctor to replace my Delaware PCP of 30 years when relocating to Florida 4 years ago. I am extremely grateful for finding Dr Thomas when I moved. She is thorough, listens, explains and takes time to answer questions. She responds to problems outside of visits in a timely manner, is easily accessible. She is very smart - has gotten me through more than one health crisis with her competence and skill. Finding Dr Thomas was an answer to prayers.

Dr. Thomas is thorough and spends a lot of time with the patient during the appointment. She and her staff are also very responsive to any messages sent via the patient portal.

Really pathetic. Called multiple times to book an appointment and do not hear anything but ranting on how good TGH is. Its very informative at first. But after holding beyond 10 mins, it makes one wonder what kind of best services they have if they cannot cater to a call for 20 mins.

While Dr Thomas is a joy to have as a physician, capable in every way, the staff and dealing with the MyChart system is an absolute nightmare! Waiting 7+ days for a response to your queries or months for a date to see your doctor is your fate when it comes to the practice. The reasons for this that you are given are obtuse at best. Do better. Have the staffing to carry out their jobs and stop with the falsehoods. It doesn’t take two weeks to get an order done.
