Keith Chisholm's Online Review Report Card

Avoid avoid avoid. Rude. A bully. I had immediate problems after discharge that had to be rectified by a second trip to the ER, a second assessment and more pain. AVOID this man, worst physician ever.

I couldn’t get a better surgeon than Dr. Chisholm. He took care of me 3 years ago when my health was a mess, and so far thank God all is good. 120% recommend him

I DO NOT RECOMMEND I went to see Dr Chisholm in May for my mom's consultation and was told he is going out of town and they would call me to schedule and appt. IT IS OCTOBER AND NOTHING. They don't call to follow up either. From the very beginning we did not feel welcomed, very rude receptionist. I've seen other reviews on health grades about him and his staff and it's happened to other people. Seems like if he doesn't want to do a procedure he tells his staff he will be gone and not give a date to schedule treatment & the staff is in it as well. I've called multiple times to find out what's going on and they don't give me an explanation they just say "he has not given me a date to schedule". Very unprofessional and INCOMPETENT team. I would NOT recommend. You will be told the procedure can happen next week (which was what we were promised) and they will not follow up. At this point, I don't trust his work or his team to perform surgery on my mom. If you don't know how to perform the surgery that she needs just say that so we can move on to another surgeon. It's been months and it's not fair to us to keep waiting on this so called "doctor".

Very rude staff and would not call me back to schedule my surgery. Lies that he is out of town. It’s been months! Don’t waste your time there.

Very friendly staff skilled surgeon. Doctor Chisholm eased my mind about my surgery made me feel very comfortable. Liked Jen and Stefan. Had a great outcome he has wonderful bedside manner. Would recommend him to my friends and family anytime

This guy is a BALD FACE LIAR WHEN HE SAYS HE WANTS TO HELP , WAITTED 5 WEEKS FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK NO GO , THIS GUY PICKS AND CHOOSES HIS SURGERY MY SURGERY WOULD HAVE BEEN A HERNIA PATCH REMOVAL WHICH IS FINALLY SET-UP WITH A DIFFERENT SURGEON OFFICE CREW ARE RUDE GOOD LUCK IF YOU PICK THIS GUY

Dr. Chisholm relieved me of all the suffering from a fissure that I had. After a moderate recovery period , I am as good as new! His staff of Jen and Stephon were patient and responsive. I would recommend Dr Chisholm for any procedure that he has expertise in. Read Less

I was recommended to Dr. Chisholm by a client after a bad experience with a former General Surgeon, I called made the appointment with ease and was greeted with a pleasant, cordial staff who was attentive and polite . The game changer was Dr. Chisholm, he was professional, but super easy to talk too . He was able to schedule my scan when the other place was turned down and didn’t help … the staff at Dr Chisholm called me within less than 24 hours and had me scheduled for a scan without a hitch . This place is what you are looking for , it’s nothing fancy but you leave knowing you are in capable caring hands . He is the one I would go to for all my surgical needs .

Has a great visit, went over expectations and future plans for surgery. But when I checked out, the receptionist clearly didn’t want to schedule me for anything and rushed me out the front door. Then, I’ve called several times to schedule the surgery and HE’S NEVER CALLED ME BACK!
