Mackenzie is great. She is knowledgeable and super sweet. I like the way she speaks to my baby and to me. She answers all questions and addresses all things with attention. She caught when my baby got covid by nasal swab when I didnt even suspect it. She makes sure my child is on track and up to date with all vaccines even the missed ones because we lost health insurance a few months. I also like Dr. Ejaz. Both are absolutely amazing.

We love the Mackenzie Johnson! She is thorough and listens. She respects her patients by telling them what she’s doing before she does it. Addresses concerns and truly feels like a partnership between parent and doctor. Super nice and caring. The medical assistant is snappy, and impatient. She got on one for not getting on the scale and the other one for getting on too quick. If you can’t read her mind she’s very short tempered and bossy. She shook my daughter's arm and shoved it to her side and said are you nervous or something just relax. So rude! In a pediatrician office no less everyone should be bubbly and positive, upbeat, helpful, and happy. My daughter felt very attacked and was in tears when we left because she barely waited for me to be next to her during a finger prick (down the hall with my son doing eye test) just purely unconvinced by the 2 second hold up. We have loved this office but the staff needs refresh. These are kids PLEASE make it a positive experience. :)
