I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Launder and her entire staff. They have known me by name for years and take such great care of my medical needs. If one method of treatment does not work, Dr. Launder does her research to get answers! I have never felt rushed, pushed aside or seen as a number, EVER. I get a quick response every time I call and appointments are always available or I'm able to get worked in. I would highly recommend this office and staff!

A kind and knowledgeable Doctor with a lovely staff who are all incredibly helpful and professional. Dr. Launder always listens first and and takes the time to make sure you fully understand your treatment options. Her examinations are thorough and she really takes her time with each person she sees. This is something I've found to be lacking in other practices and harkens back to a time when Doctors in a community had a vested interest in the patients they'd treat. She really is a lovely lady, who is an absolute pleasure to interact with. Both my wife and I fully recommend her to anyone interested finding an excellent doctor who really cares about your well-being.

Dr. Launder is an amazing doctor she takes the time and listens to and explains everything very well and always Kind and never makes you feel welcomed. Amy her MA is also very kind and welcoming and willing to help in any way!!

Dr. Melissa is the nicest person have ever met and better doctor. Very concerning follows up even after leaving office to check on you. Staff is as nice as her very friendly and professional. They are are exceptional service providers have no negative things to list out.

I am new to the area and was In search of a new primary doctor. I am so thankful I came across the Exceptional Care Center. Dr. Launder is phenomenal and deserves more than the 5 posted reviews. Her office is clean, her staff is friendly and professional, and the doctor herself is not only knowledgeable but incredibly personable. I haven’t come across a medical professional who seems as genuine as Dr. Launder. If you are in search of a doctor who truly cares and is someone you can trust, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Launder.

Intelligent and compassionate; none better. Highly recommend her. She treats our family and we appreciate the continuity of excellent care and treatment. Staff is also very competent.

Dr. Launder is very attentive and thorough. She makes a point to really listen to you. She is open to new ideas and makes the physician-patient relationship more of a two-way street than most doctors will do. She has been my primary care physician for many years and I know I can always count on her. Her office staff is amazing and accommodating. If you are not feeling well, the nurse will call you back very quickly to assess your needs.
