Robert Smith's Online Review Report Card

Went in yesterday for a follow-up appointment on my c-section incision, my last appointment. The ladies at the front desk told me I need to reschedule because I didn't have a mask! Second time rescheduling. (Forgot about appointment) Meanwhile while both ladies that where behind the desk didn't have theirs on.Dr. Smith is absolutely amazing, would see him again with the next pregnancy!!Office staff not so much and that wasn't the first time they have been rude (nonmask related)

I’m a new patient for Dr. Smith. So far my experience is perfect. He’s an awesome doctor. Explains everything and doesn’t rush through my appointments. Shannon is awesome and great at explaining all my present and future procedures. His staff is super friendly and keeps me up to date with all my appointments. I have no complaints so far.UPDATE: I’ve had my baby and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. They call and remind me of all my appointments and thank you Samantha for always being so pleasant. I had my baby girl on the 27th of April and my experience was perfect. Mom and baby are healthy and happy

I love this doctor he's really he care about his patience and he super friendly I was going to a different doctor for my pregnancy and I wasn't having the best experience I decided to come to this doctor and see if it would be better and I love it he help with everything u need and he also give u a free ultrasound that I love bc I can see my baby without having to wait a while for it

Dr. Smith is AWESOME! Unfortunately his office staff doesn't mimic his professionalism or passion. I was given a 430pm 08/05 appointment just to arrive that day to a dark closed office. I called the next morning and the receptionist laughed in my face and said she wasn't the person who scheduled the appointment and that she had no other available appointments until a week out even though I expressed that I work full time and it's hard to call off multiple times . I took off of work for this appointment and Dr. Smith is the only Dr. I trust in this area. I'm really upset that you have to jump hurdles and deal with rude staff just to eventually see Dr. Smith.

I really enjoy the staff at this location. Everyone is super nice. Dr. Smith is a busy man, for good reason. He gives you the time you need to ask questions and feel confident about your visit.

I dont know where to begin to tell you how wonderful these people are. Outstanding. He delivered both my babies, right there at TMC. The staff is so helpful and KIND. Just today, I had my 4 mo baby and my energetic 2 year old. Shannon came in and gave him a clip board and some colors for our wait. When Dr. Smith came in he was playful and professional. Made me feel like my little family was always welcome.

Definitely recommend Dr smith and his staff! They are awesome. Very comfortable to talk to about anything!

One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had a doctors office. I was lied to by the staff as well. I do NOT recommend this doctor or his staff. The doctor was very lifeless and made it very obvious that he did not want to be there. The nurse that accompanied him was especially creepy. Overall, bad attitudes across the board. When I called to make a complaint, they transferred me to the person I was making the complaint about and when she realized I was complaining to her, she freaked out and said that it was her and absolutely lost her mind. I changed doctors immediately.

Dr.Smith is the best. He has delivered all 3 of my children. I love that doctor and his staff. He is amazing to everything he does. He listens to any concern you have, he doesn't or never has with me said anything negative. I will only see this doctor. May he be blessed :)

Where can I begin to say how amazing your work your hands, God bless you and your talent, you and your staff has gone the extra mile to satisfy my comfort, this was my first experience as a new Mother and you all have made me feel like a queen and took great care of me and my Kamila. Dr Smith we love you and we wish many blessings to you and your beautiful staff, and of course Trinity Hospital was amazing as well the staff from the security to all the Nurses and house keeping for all your love. We cant wait to enjoy another experience like I received with you Dr. Smith ❤️🙏🏼
