Great
You can't ask for a better doctor. He really cares for his patients. Great bed manners. But best of all, he listens to your heart problems and explains everything so you can understand your condition better. Not many doctors do. God bless him.
Very pleasant experience
Great care!!
Great new patient experience, he took tons of notes and seemed very presant for my appointment, did not feel rushed at all. I'm happy with my Dr's choice.
Dr. Ledbetter is an amazing cardiologist. He has taken care of my 95 year old father for many years now. He has wonderful communication skills and a very pleasant bedside manner with his patients. My father has responded extremely well to his quality care. Dr. Ledbetter knew exactly when to replace my Dad’s lead for his pacemaker when it began to malfunction and he truly saved my father’s life. We are forever grateful to him and would recommend Dr. Ledbetter to anyone who needs a skilled cardiologist. His staff is very caring and helpful as well. Thank you Dr. Ledbetter from the bottom of our hearts.
First let me start by stating it’s not the physician I’m rating but the office staff. If you are seeking cardiac care you shouldn’t have to be frustrated by the staff prior to testing or appointments. The lady that handles the authorizations is very rude and unprofessional. I scheduled my CTA a month in advance and she decided to call me two days prior to my test to tell me the facility I selected was nonpar. Little did she know I work for the insurance company and she was providing me incorrect information. She wouldn’t let me speak. In fact I needed to go down to the office to tell her she needed to contact HealthHelp and provide an email showing her the incorrect information she was giving. Her response was I will get to it when I get to it. Perhaps she should’ve started the authorization in advance and not waited until two days prior to my test to stress me. Another lady ShaiAnn decided to follow up with saying I needed to see the doctor immediately after my stress test. When I told her I just saw him the day before, she said oh you can disregard. This let me know she never called me to come in earlier as requested by the physician. Lack of supervision is the reason why I am no longer returning. Every time I request medication it’s never called in. I need to go to my PCP to get my prescription called in.
Excellent service very caring compassionate doctor highly recommend
An incredible doctor with an amazing staff! This is a doctor that actually cares about his patients. He treats your medical needs with individual attention and solutions and doesn't fall into a "one-size-fits-all" medical treatment. He balances his medical expertise with common sense to fit your personal needs, creating a medical plan that will result in a successful outcome. His staff is kind, helpful, proficient and efficient. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions from working us in for an urgent appointment to getting insurance approval for tests and procedures, plus everything in between. Recently, my husband had a common medical test done and it didn't show anything really "wrong", but Dr. Ledbetter was suspicious. After running several other tests with similar results, he highly suggested a catheterization. The result was that my husband had only one artery barely working. This led to a successful triple bypass surgery, saving my husband's life. The surgeon asked us what made Dr. Ledbetter run all the tests he did. Our answer: He's a great doctor and he cares!
Couldn’t ask for anything better

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
