I am not sure how I feel. Compared to my primary doctors I had in Gainesville, I have been disappointed with the doctors I've had in this area. Usually, I have to get lab work done every 6 months and it's been odd I haven't had to do that under her care. Even the primary I had in Largo had me do bloodwork every six months. I'll see how things go on my next visit to see if I stay or find a new primary.

I’m a new patient and couldn’t be happier with my choice for care. Dr. Palmer takes her time and is very kind and caring. In the times that I’ve been to the office I’ve never had to wait. The entire staff is amazing! They are helpful and always smiling. I’m very happy here.

Terrible follow up and communication. I tried for a week to get an appointment and was continuously put off and told that no one knew I called. Left on hold several times. Awful.

First visit with Dr Palmer and her staff. They were all very professional and nice. Being new to Medicare, they had patience with my lack of knowledge and helped me with everything. Would highly recommend.

I appreciated her being on time, thorough, reviewed my labs and made adjustments to my medications. We planned for the next visit to include a mammogram and labs.

Efficient and informative. I am never disappointed with the service I receive from BayCare Medical Group. If and when I make changes to my health Insurance, Dr. Palmer remains my doctor, period.

Dr. Palmer was very informative and addressed our concerns expeditiously. She met with us on time, which was very important to us. This was our 1st visit and she will be our new PCP. We had our 1st real visit. We love her and her assistant. The whole staff is great.
