Cant get through scheduling..good luck took 3 days and 2 and half hours just for some one to answer the phone...for the third time I tried to schedule with this companuy.....very frustrating!!!@@@@!!@!!

Called for a week and nobody would ever answer to set up an appointment My doctor finally was able to get through and set up an appointment only for me to go there the morning of at 7:45 for the appointment and then tell me that their tech called out sick but they could get me in 2 weeks later and my doctor's appointment is 3 days after this appointment horrible service stay away

Terrible Technicians. They're often missing work and canceling, unreliable. I had two routine scans canceled the morning of the appointment because their "tech" called out, within a four week period. I fortunately have a flexible day. If you have to take time from work then find somewhere else to go, or else you might find yourself hung out to dry...I will never reschedule nor visit this location ever again. AWFULLY RUDE.

I scheduled a Coronary CTA at the Tampa General Hospital (TGH) Tower radiology Trinity location. I filled all necessary forms ahead of time, I fasted, arrived 30 minutes early as I was instructed. When I arrived to the location, I was told that the trinity TGH tower radiology location does not have the capability of performing Coronary CTA and I was scheduled for a regular CT. They gave me a number to call for the locations where CTA is being performed. When I called, it was the wrong location and was transferred multiple times. Finally, I gave up and decided to find a different place to do my imaging. If a place can't handle a simple task such as a schedule the correct procedure and interpret imaging prescription properly, that tells me that that place makes a lot of medical mistakes. Unfortunately, patients don't know about all the mistakes medical facilities make. I work in the medical field myself.

Scheduling was super fast and easy!! The staff at this location are so nice and friendly!! I was very happy I chose to go here and I will definitely be coming here again for my imaging needs!

They cancel appointments all the time and you have to wait forever to reschedule. Techs always randomly out of office and they don't tell you until you've sat waiting for a while. Sometimes when you schedule over the phone, they make.the appointments at the wrong office even after you confirm location.
