List of Timothy Bailey's Reviews
We have been using this practice for about 3 years now for my entire family, (2 adults, 2 children) and we see Barbara Turpin, APRN, and I cannot believe it took me this long to find a great provider. She takes the time to really listen to you, your concerns and treats you with dignity and respect. And during the pandemic, it has been wonderful to use the telehealth option. The practice is focused on keeping you well, not just treating the symptoms, and everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this practice, and Barbara in particular.
Absolutely horrible care, particularly from Mary Adams. Beyond bad customer service - just an unacceptable way to treat another human being. I’d strongly advise she find another profession.
As a PCP office you should always have same day appointments and this office NEVER has appointments. I have been turned away by my own PCP numerous times. I will be finding a new PCP. You pay astronomical prices for health insurance and you can't even go to your PCP for an appointment, you have to go to e.r or medexpress according to the office bc well there just too busy and there a growing practice... BULL, you should always have appointments available for your patients. I work in the medical field and I was at one time employed by a PCP and I have never seen a practice like doctors bailey's that refuses to see there patients..go else where.
I saw the doctor on 8/12/21. The dr was great as always. Day 1 (Thurs) perscription was never called in. Closed Friday, Sat and Sun. Day 5 called into wrong pharmacy after both Dr. and front desk confirmed. Day 6 Perscribed me a perscription United Healthcare wanted a prior authorizaion for. Staff/front desk told me to call my insurance she doesn't do that although they accept my insurance. I did so and waited on hold while United Healthcare immediately reached out to her. Instead of a prior authorization, she sent a new perscription low and behold have the same issue happen on Day 7. I was then told by front desk to call my pharmacy to see if they will submit a prior auth. My pharmacy jumped twice to try to help me get a perscription. At the end of the day front desk called me and said she took care of it. Mind you another Thursday so closed Fri, Sat and Sun. Perscription denied again because she sent the prior auth for 2nd round medication instead of the 1st round. I finally took myself to Urgent Care to get a perscription as the rash was rapidly spreading on my face. It took Urgent Care 2 hours total to perscribe me perscriptions that went through with ease. Monday 8/23/21 she has not called me to get a perscription sent to my pharmacy and both the pharmacy sent a fax and insurance co. left her a message on Friday. HORRIBLE SERVICE and she does not care about me and my face!! Of course frustration, confusion and anxiety took over by myself and family memebers. Slander against my husband again by front desk as she put words in his mouth. We wanted to speak to Dr Bailey and was told Thursday he will be in on Monday. Dr. Bailey choose to side with his help and refused to hear the other side. He gave me 30 days to find a new doctor and hung up. Nightmare experience for sure.
my visit was a twenty -minute debate with the nurse practitioner about the COVID-19 "vaccine" and my choice not to get it. This conversation featured the NP gaslighting me, shaming me, antagonizing me, and completely failing to order blood tests for me, check my throat, ask me questions or anything else that check-ups include. The nurse checked my pulse oxygen, my blood pressure and the NP listened to my breathing to be honest. I told her that I didn't trust her because she was pushing an agenda/narrative that was against what I believe in and she responded by asking me why I was there in the first place. On a positive note, the front desk person offered to set me up with someone who wasn't "like that" once I told her that my check-up was just a debate session that I paid a $25 copay for. Unreal. I'm not upset that the medical staff are radicalized, I'm upset that I wasted my time and money. When I got in my car to go home, I was in complete disbelief. I'm honestly just disappointed.
Great experience all the way around
The doctor is awesome but the fact when you have an issue and you call the doctor because you need to talk to them and the ladies at the front desk say they cannot let you speak to the doctor you have to make an appointment a week out what's the point of having a doctor
Dr. Bailry is awesome. He takes time to listen to you, he is a dedicated and careing doctor.
By far the best! Polite staff, and Doctor Bailey is just wonderful.
I got in quickly and received excellent care! Thank you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
