Dr. Luis Aguila's Online Review Report Card

Terrible experience. This doctor does not listen to his patients at all! He refused to give me a rapid Covid test because "sore throats" aren't a symptom. Well guess who has COVID? Do not go to him because his bedside manner is terrible and he won't listen anyway.

I was absolutely impressed with this facility 💯%! The location was convenient had easy access maybe not the best parking but it's in a shopping plaza so that's probably why it was a little different. I thought I was going to have a horrible wait time because of it being my first time .. all of the paperwork I thought I'd have to fill out..well first of all the wait time wasn't hardly what we would consider.. (a wait time) at all! Neither was The paperwork nearly as may pages nor as over the top as long and drawn out with personal questions as most Dr.'s offices usually has... my entire experience with them was Honestly fantastic!!🙏 my visit with them wasn't just about the easy access or the short wait time ... The Dr. and the staff were ALL extremely polite and super respectful, they definitely seemed concerned about my health and trying to assist me. The Dr. Was very understanding and listened to me carefully as well as made sure to answer any questions I had ... I couldn't have asked for more as a patient to client/Dr. Relationship! My health is in much better shape now that I'm with a very good Dr.'s Office, that actually cares about their clients/patients .. I was worried because I knew my health wasn't up to par and I was concerned that I would get looked at differently and/or Judged regarding my health and the reason I was there to begin with. But to my surprise I was completely stunned to learn that I wasn't treated any differently if anything I was shown more than enough kindness it was kinda like (special care🤗) .. the kind of care of concern and complete understanding!🙏💯 WOW!! I suppose one of the best parts was getting to know the Dr./Staff.. plus the location of this office just so happened to be more convenient then I had expected.. it's directly down the street from my house! I feel very happy to say I have a primary care Dr.now that I can be proud of..I want to tell anyone who will listen ..I guess thats why I'm posting this now lol!! I know that I made the right choice when choosing this particular location because of Dr. Aguila.. I can now live my life with some direction, ease, and some peace of mind and this is all thanks to the Doctor's help and his experience!!! Thanks again and again!!! I have been treated by Dr. Aguila many ti.es for several years. Hus care has been nothing but excellent, including the services of the staff. As retired military I have several options for medical care, but found that Dr Aguila provided fast and excellent care.

Don't normally i don't write reviews but if we take time to complain then I felt that we should also give good report when its due. Bad experience in another Urgent care called this office and spoke with Erica who was so compassionate, kind and caring. I explained my situation and she advised me to come in the office. I was seen by Dr. Aguila who took his time and explain things to me with compassion, you can see his sincerity was genuine. These people at this office are awesome, caring and knowledgeable. But most importantly they make sure you are taken care of and treated well.

I've used Luis Aguila on several ocasions over the last few years. He is terrific.

Excellent bedside manner. Diagnosed, wrote out a prescription and made me feel like I had made the right decision to go to the emergency clinic. All staff at the clinic were courteous, helpful.

Terrible bedside manner. Told me to return in 5 days to remove the 3 stitches he put in. When I returned he wanted to charge me another 115.00 to remove the stitches.
