Very pleased with my experience with Dr. DYAN HARVEY. She is lovely; friendly and professional. Dr. Harvey was through with her evaluation and explanation of the different skin concerns. She addressed all of my concerns and offered guidance on maintaining healthy skin. I will continue to seek her advice for all of my skin concerns. Dr. Harvey has been seeing me since 2008. She has always been ver accommodating and transparent in all of my skincare needs. Her knowledge and the way she explains each situation concerning your personal care is always in a manner where you can understand and make good decisions for your individual care. She is very calming and has the most graceful and kind interaction each time I visit. Trust her with all my dermatology needs. Her office is relaxing and pristine clean! Always enjoy my time with her. You will be well pleased!

Gave 2 stars because she Explained everything well. However, First time getting botox. Left a bad review after 3 weeks. She called to follow up, left a messages told me it could take longer. I deleted my bad review in hopes she was right. So here I am leaving the review months later. I never got results at all from botox in my forehead. Not even a little. While I’m sure she’s amazing at skin issues, I will see a surgeon for esthetics in the future

Dr. Harvey is amazing! I have severe anxiety anytime I am at a new doctor’s office. She was so patient, positive, and professional! Dr. Harvey made me feel at ease and I will definitely keep her as my dermatologist. The office is very clean and has a calming spa like atmosphere.

Submitted an appointment request online & received a follow up call to gather insurance information etc. Dr. Harvey shows as an in network dermatologist on my company’s provider search, however she stated she wasn’t sure she was in network. I’ve worked insurance verification for years & that’s a simple check. She would not schedule my appointment & consistently told me she doesn’t verify insurance til a couple days prior to appointments & I would need a referral. I had to keep telling her I work for my insurance company & NO referral is needed for specialist, even with it being an HMO plan. Again a simple phone call or portal verification would also confirm but someone was too lazy to do so. Very unprofessional.
