I have been seeing Dr Santayana for several years at BayCare in Valrico, FL. She has always been very attentive and takes time to listen to my concerns and address each fully. Very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor

It was a very unsatisfying 1st meeting. The Dr was an hour late and I had a tight schedule as I had a flight to catch. The meeting was a bit hurried, Dr Santayana seemed disinterested and the only aspect of a physical exam I received was about 30-seconds with a stethoscope. Also, I was supposed to receive an Rx for high blood pressure, which I had to remind the Nurse about and yet still did not get the Rx. This is not the first time I've had this experience with this Bay Care practice. I used to see Dr Wernden and received similar lackluster interest and care. All I want is a PCP who cares and takes an interest... Apparently that is too much to expect at this practice.
