Millennium is very efficient. Dr. Wigger is the best PCP I have ever had. I can't say enough good things about her.

Unfortunately since the buyout from MPG this place has gone downhill in the subsequent years. I've been seeing Dr Qazi (she's phenomenal and the only reason I've stayed) for about 10 years. I've seen reviews of others posting negative things about the front staff care and had never had that problem until today. I see exactly what they're talking about. The front staff provides extremely poor customer service. The woman on the phone had a complete attitude and she acted like I was bothering her. I made a curbside appointment and they canceled it **without notifying me**. U called and asked what was up. The answer I got was because "he's not feeling well and isn't seeing anyone today." That's literally what she said to me on the phone, with an attitude. I CHECKED WITHIN AN HOUR of making the appointment. I was ready to start heading up there. I was beside myself. I called back and made a virtual appointment for 3.5 hours later because that's the only choice we had. POOR CARE FROM FRONT STAFF, very disappointed. Once you're behind the reception area I've had good experiences.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tessa Wigger for several years. There is no one else I would see. From the front office to the back. Everyone is great. Dr. Wigger is kind, understanding, and very detailed in her assessments. Her diagnostic skills are spot on. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Wigger has always been available to me and I am pleased we have a great relationship. Alexis is Dr. Wiggers's assistant. I absolutely adore her. I am always welcomed with warm smiles when I come in. She is very kind, asks the right questions, and makes me feel completely welcome. Alexis takes her time with me even though she has many more patients to take care of. She has a loving heart and great skills. Alexis will call me to make sure my meds are filled, and my labs are done and remind me of any upcoming appts. Great assistant! I really like my lab tech as well. Her name is Joanna. She gets me in and out and we chat a bit as well. I recommend this physician and her staff. 5 stars from me. I am a happy client. Joann Downs

finding a new Doc since I do not see a Doc when I go there anyway....If I am having a severe health issue I do not trust their opinion..it seems they know less than I do....way too many foul ups and disconcert. Really wish I had a better review. Good competent care & Physicians are far between and few.. Update: Yes I really need to find a new facility. As I called and spoke with the woman I had told them I wanted no Communication with her. So I am in pain and barely able to walk. & she ask Me if my pain was from a car accident...when I said yes she told me it wasn't their offices policy to help car accident victims...LOL I just wanted a referral to pain management. I didn't need health advice. I did'nt want to even listen to her because in the past she has said things that are against my religion.Really? Between the horrible inept lawyer and these other "medical professionals" ..I am at a loss for words all of a sudden. Unreal. One weekend I tried to message them through the portal about not having my insulin ...LOL and I received no reply. But then the same unhelpful woman told me they didn't want me making request through the portal...well why do they have a messaging service through the portal if patients can't use it? They still haven't worked out my insulin. yes I appreciate them giving my insulin samples but the insulin is not working at all.

Though I love my dr within this group their new voicemail system is frustrating. When you call in you are speaking to a phone bank who then tries to connect you to the office. Many times you can play phone tag for days until you receive answers. It is honestly quicker to drive to the office and wait to speak to their office staff. I'm not sure who thought this was a good idea and maybe it is from a business perspective but not for the patients.

Do not go here. Dr Jackson was nice and timely but the office staff, specifically the billing department are horrendous. I was not told that I had to establish myself as a new patient BEFORE going in for my annual check. Which by the way, to establish as a new patient, they do. Physical exam. After I had appt they sent me a bill for $250 because it was coded as an office visit. When I call to have the correct I am belittled and bullied. Save yourself the frustration and find another dr.

I see Dr Jackson and she along with the staff are all professional and take the time to listen and help.

A millennium is the time it takes for them to respond to requests. I thought the two doctors I saw were very good, but it doesn't matter how great the doctors are when the office staff won't allow you to contact them. I had a critical health issue a few days back, and not only have they been no help, but in attempting to arrange my aftercare following ER/hospitalization, all they managed to do was waste a lot of my time. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the armpits of their complacent, callous, and disrespectful office staff. Its just another work day to get through for you, Cookie, but today my life is in danger over here on the other side of the counter. I'll thank you to address me as such.

I had an appointment at 1:45 and was taken back immediately. I saw Dr. Wigger in person this time (previous appointments have been via virtual). She is even more lovely in person!! She is very attentive and listens to me, she treats me as an individual not just another patient. I highly recommend her and also Christina Lynch, ARNP, she is also amazing!

First (New Patient Apt) was great. Staff is very efficient and moved me through multiple tests and procedures quickly. Communication is a focal point for the doctor and all of the staff as they explain what they are doing and why. Might be early to say but this practice has a throw Back hometown doctor feel to it.
