I highly recommend him. He is very thorough, compassionate and genuinely cares for all his patients. He explained everything completely so I understood and him and his team go above and beyond. They follow up when they learn I’ve had an ER visit or surgery. They worked with me as we tried to find the right combination of medications to help me. You may be waiting an extra hour before seen but it’s worth the wait because he takes his time with ALL his patients.

Making a 215 appointment to sit in a room and not be seen by a dr until 345 isn't exactly a great way to spend an afternoon. Has happened more than once at this office. Wait times are inexplicably long

Very poor bedside manner, no sense of promptness. Doesn't appear to care about patient. Husband was in nursing home he oversees, he didn't show up for over a week.

Dr Rodriguez has been my doctor for 10 years. Yes it is usually a wait but worth it. He is not a hand holder. I wanted someone to be agressive with my health. May not always be what I wanna hear but he always listens and has my best interest in mind. If you want someone who will be just as agressive in the hospital he's the one. He took very good care of me during my 5 day stay in ICU. He's an excellent physician in my eyes!!

Long wait times nearly every time I go for scheduled appt's. Most exceed an hour. Horrible Rx refill time! Multiple messages left for nurse to order regular refills. Have gone several days without meds because orders are not called into Pharmacy.

The wait time is too long. I usually wait over 2-3 hours to see the doctor. I have to wait to see doctor even after I get into the exam room.

I've been with "Dr. Rodriguez". I've seen him 5 times in 5 + years. I normally see Bev Nelson. Bev's Knowledge is 100% more then "Dr. Rodriguez". His always late, Wasting my time & acting as if I'm wasting his. For the other staff members... they are just as useless as he is. The staff is never friendly or informed. And HIPAA rules & laws they wont know it if it slapped them in the face. Enters the wrong information for billing. While the patient has lost all of their patients! This has gone on for years...it's no wonder they can't keep staff members long. I love Bev Nelson but it time for me to go. Good Luck Bev OBTW the other comments are all true.
