I am very pleased with Dr. Ciszek. She is on top of things because she really listens. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and she respected my decision not to take a certain medication because it is contraindicated for persons with EDS. This tells me she took time to inform herself about it because very few doctors and people are know anything about this genetic disease.

This was my first visit to the group. I’m a retired nurse of 20+ years.I have relocated from NJ and had been with my primary for 10+ years. All staff were very friendly and professional and online check in was wonderful. Dr. Ciszek was very sweet and listened to my history, concerns and answered all questions that I had. She came up with an initial plan of care for me and I will follow up with her APN to discuss labs and Wellness topics. The added convenience of an Urgent Care facility on site was an added surprise. Lab is also located almost across their parking lot. So far, I would recommend this practice to others looking for qualified and professional healthcare. :)
