Dusty Blackmon did an excellent and thorough examination on my checkup. He explained several features that my hear aids were capable of. He showed me differences and I had him removed the "Crowd" mode and replaced it with a "TV" setting and added a "Volume Control " that I can manually controll, either increase or decrease from the set Volume. He was very professional. Thank You Dusty

I am a "snowbird" spending the winter in Venice FL who had his hearing aid die. The hearing aid is under warranty in Canada but the staff at Audibel had difficulty in finding any record of the the warranty under the U.S. system but through their diligent efforts the hearing aid was sent away to Minnesota where it was repaired all under warranty. They were also kind enough tto lend me a "loaner" while my hearing aid was being repaired. Exceptional service from Trish and Dusty Blackmon! Thank you for everything!

I am very pleased with the hearing evaluation I received. I traveled a long way to get "new hearing aids". My experience with Audibel hearing aids has always been fantastic. I am 92 years young and have worn Audibel hearing aids since I was in my early 80's. I'm not about to change now. Thank you for my hearing experience. If I need new ones in 8 years I'll be back.

Everyone at Audibel in Venice was friendly and exceedingly helpful and professional. I walked in for a broken tail piece for my current hearing aid which they fixed immediately. They were able to make a next day appointment for a hearing test and evaluation. They were able to reprogram my current aids until I get a new pair. Thank you!

I received very attentive care and extensive testing in my recent visit to Audibel. I was given a complete evaluation of my hearing situation. At this time I cannot afford to take the next step, but,when I can do that Audibel will be my choice. For the time being, I will continue using my existing set of Audibel hearing aids.
