His nurse Edie is Professional , thorough and will return calls same day for any questions that you have. The entire staff is friendly and competent. Dr. Jefferson cares about each and everyone of his patients and will spend as much time explaining things to the patients as needed. I can say enough

A doctor with genuine compassion for his patients. He listens and gives wise counsel. It's not just cookie cutter medicine. He takes whatever time necessary treating each patient for their individual needs. His staff is also caring and compassionate. I speak from at least 20 years experience with this physician.

I can't say enough about Dr. Jefferson. He is personable, kind, brilliant at correct diagnonses and although he has hundreds of patients. there is no wait in the waiting room and he treats you as you are the only patient he has. Explains everything in laymen's language and you never feeled rushed. His nurse Edie is wonderful and unlike the dentist, a visit to Dr. Jefferson is very pleasant. He is the best Dr. and if he can't help you he gets you a quick referral to a specialist.

Dr Jefferson has been my husband and my PCP since 2005 when we first moved to Venice. He is the best doctor I have ever had and have recommended him to many of my friends who have had problems finding a good doctor. I always tell them there is no other doctor like him. He sends you to a specialist when you need it, but then takes the time to explain the results from all the tests the specialist rushed you through and what it all means in a very caring way.

Dr Jefferson is quite a man. he cares, listens to you, explains very carefully, and Is available when you need him, although obviously very busy. Edie his nurse is Prompt in getting back to you very quickly, and is extremely helpful as well. The office staff is friendly and very efficient it seems.
