List of Cynthia Maule's Reviews
Dr Maule is credited in saving my life. Dr Maule and her staff are awesome
very good.
Words can not express how awesome this place is. We should be able to pick from 11 stars!! All my employees are enrolled with her and they love the entire staff. And with the recent passing of my father, I can not tell you the level of care he recieved and the support they gave me. 24-7! XOXOXOXO
Dr. Maule and her stuff are the best in the business hands down!!!!
Dr. Cynthia Maule is a caring and knowledgeable physician. She doesn't rush through appointments, really listens to what you have to say, involves you in your care, is available if you phone her, she always call back within a reasonable time limit. Her office staff keep things running smooth. I recommend Dr.Maule 110%!
Doctor has lack of professional oversight and collaboration with peers, resulting in sub-standard care. Unprofessional office staff members.
Terrible experience! She has changed her staff and added a physician assistant who was rude, offending, and incompetent. My appointment was with her and for some reason I got him...I will never return to this office.
Dr. Maule has it all. My husband and I love her. Great doctor
I was desperate to see a physician for acute pain in my leg. She added me on at the end of her day as a new patient. I was in Venice at my 2nd home and did not have a Dr. there she treated me with exceptional care and when I do move there I intend to see here again.
I recently moved to the area and had not yet established a primary care provider. I had experienced extreme dizziness/nausea/cold sweats several times in a one day period of time. I was unable to find a doctor's appointment immediately, so I agreed to see a nurse practitioner. I was not greeted with a hello or a smile from the receptionist. I'm ok with that, not everyone is pleasant. She looked at me without a greeting and said I'm going to need to see ID and your insurance card and tossed the paperwork I needed to complete at me. I asked if she would like to make a copy of my meds because in any other doctor's office I have been in (ever) they appreciate that gesture. I was told that there was a section on the form where I could fill that in. OK, no problem. I'm sitting in the reception room with a few other patients and the receptionist calls out my name and says "I checked your insurance online and it is not active". I was totally confused because I had just spoken to my insurance company the day before and I knew I was insured. I asked if she could possibly call and be sure. She said, "no, that is not my responsibility". I asked if I could perhaps use a telephone to check myself and she looked at me with a sarcastic grin and said no. I was so taken aback at the lack of courtesy and cooperation. I don't want to forget her nasty "I'm going to need $130.00 from you today. I said ok, but you have not been very nice to me. I was admitted and seen by the nurse practitioner who was pleasant enough. I was so upset when the nurse took my blood pressure, it was quite high. I came home and immediately called my insurance. My new insurance card had not arrived at my new home yet, and I had inadvertently handed her my old card. My insurance company provided me with the information I needed to supply the doctor's office with in order for them to resubmit the claim. I called this pleasant receptionist and tried to explain the circumstances nicely to her, but all she had to say was "I've been over this with you already". YOU NEED TO BRING US A HARD COPY OF YOUR INSURANCE. I went all the way back to the doctor's office with my entire health insurance file and my numbers. Again, she said "I told you we need to see your card". When I walked in both receptionists were snickering as if they were enjoying the entire experience. Keep in mind, I thought I had a stroke or minor heart attack and I'm dealing with this. I asked to see the doctor and was told she was in with a patient. I said "I'll wait". Few minutes later, the nurse practitioner I saw came into the waiting room to talk to me. He was nice enough, but he was not going to let me see that doctor. I asked when I could speak to her, and was pretty much brushed off. At that point, I just left. My family history with heart problems puts me in a high risk category. My dad died from a massive stroke at 47. I am 62 with high blood pressure and anxiety. It was not recommended that I make a follow up appointment with the doctor to be sure. I was told it sounds like an inner ear infection. Instead of looking at the big picture and maybe thinking that I might be upset, I was told by the receptionist (who claimed she was the office manager) when I asked to speak to anyone else, that I was horrible. That was in response to me telling her that she treated me terrible and I thought she was horrible. I moved from Minnesota for the laid back, less stress atmosphere, and I met the only person who has mistreated me since I arrived here. I feel very sorry for the older patients who go there and may experience insurance issues or be even remotely confused. I never did see the doctor, so I can't speak to her manner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No apology, nothing even after I went down there with all my appropriate paperwork. Stay away!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
