List of David Chan's Reviews
Dr Chan is excellent at explaining the issues I was having, and the causes. I would highly recommend him.
Dr Chan is the top hand/wrist/arm specialist in the area. He is thorough, takes time with each patient educating them on procedures, risks, care before and after. He takes the time to talk about all aspects of the surgery with the patient,.
On time, cordial, Dr. Chan and staff are great.
Explained diagnosis clearly. Both professional and personable
Very well run office. You don't waste your time sitting in a waiting or examination room. I value Dr Chan's diagnosis and advice very highly and have referred several people to him.
although the dr was running behind he gave me undivided attention at my visit, diagnosed my problem & gave me options for treatment. then was able to give me a cortisone injection for my trigger finger. the office staff run smoothly, efficient . my hand x-ray was done in a timely manner before I saw the dr. all staff were courteous & professional. Dr chan knowledgeable
I saw Dr. Chan for wrist and thumb issues. It was an excellent overall office visit from start to finish. Dr. Chan: -evaluated my symptoms -provided a diagnosis -created a plan for pain relief - created a course of action -verbally explained exactly what was happening -drew diagrams for visual understanding -provided reading material I have faith that Dr. Chan will be able help my wrist and thumb.
Instills confidence explaining issues, options, outcomes and likely recovery time and expects (pain, etc). Prompt, efficient.
Nice office staff, and Dr. Chan was very helpful in explaining my condition and what needed to be done.
Dr. Chan is highly professional. However, the office phone system makes patients wait > 10 minutes to be connected. That needs to improve.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
