AWFUL, MORE THEN ONE TIME THE STAFF AT HIS OFFICE WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANISED. SOME OF THE STAFF ARE UNINFORMED AND UNHELPFUL AND UNPLEASANT. GO ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ! DR. RUBIN BLAMED ME FOR HIS STAFFS SCREWUPS. 6/11/2021

I was on time for my appointment and asked the receptionist if the dr was on time as I had time constraints and she said yes and informed me of the charges that I would be responsible for. After waiting 25 minutes with 2 other patients sitting in a tiny, dingy, poorly ventilated, with no social distancing, waiting room with nobody being called and a new patient checking in, I determined that the lack of concern during this time of COVID 19 spoke volumes about the care that this dr provides. I walked out. I'm getting tired of drs. like this that show no consideration for their patients' time or well-being and only care about money. Not recommended.

Dr Rubin is treating me for glaucoma. He prescribed Eye drops and use fir 3 weeks. I did, then He schedule a field view test in 30 days and it got cancelled. So i continue to take the eye drops auntill May 5th. 'this means I have been been waiting 1.5 months to get an appointment and his staff cancelled it. My eyes are getting worse and i am told that my eye damage can not be reversed so i continue to wait for treatment. I feel that my eyes are not being treated, I believe my eyes and the loss of sight is very important. His assistant told me the day of my last appointment that they are cancelling because of the corona virus. I don't see why that is so as they are continuing to see patients. So they moved my appointment to May 5th. I feel like i am not getting treated in a timely manner and after 2 months my vision is continue to get worse. what can i do?

Dr. Rubin is AWESOME. Nancy got me right in for an emergency visit while on vacation. The price was minimal, especially for the amount of time that was spent with me. Dr. Rubin is very patient, and compassionate. He spent alot of time educating (and distracting me from the pain). He even got the info to call my usual eye dr to ensure continuity of care. He gave me his cell number to contact over the weekend if any issues arose. Absolutely LOVE him and his office staff! It is great to know they provide that standard of care to someone on vacation, who will not even be their long term patient.
