I had a reduction in 1 breast because my other breast had shrunk due to radiation from breast cancer. Dr. Yan was able to reduce the one and fill the other one. I am so happy with the outcome that I am now able to comfortably fit in my bra and they look equal in my clothes. I found him to be very understanding and easy to talk with.

Dr. Tan was on time for my appointment. He was genuinely concerned about why I was there to see him. I felt at ease and comfortable with him. He was patient and explained the procedure so I was full aware of what to expect. He checked my comfort level through out so I felt at ease. His staff was professional and knowledgeable.

Not much to tell had a 2 minute visit to schedule a survey in a month. Only thing I didn't like was they asked me to come 15 minute early, which I got there 25 minutes early. I though I might need to fill out paperwork, which I did. Thinking it was Friday they might want to go home early, I didn't want to delay them, I waited 40 minutes after my appointment before I got a 2 minute meeting . 5 other people came in after me an got right in. I won't worry about them the next time I have appointment, my time is important also.
