The receptionist quite rude! She informed me The appointment would not be scheduled until she received records from my previous doctor and completed new patient forms. I went to the office and signed it & completed the new patient forms. After two weeks I called and was informed the reports had not arrived. She would not call them! It was up to me. The records had been faxed but they would resend. This happened 3 times. I asked the former office to call Dr. Arant’s office. She did and verified the fax number was correct so she resent the records and miraculously they went through. Dr. Arant’s office was not helpful. Then she informed me I would need to complete new patient forms which I had already done. She said she would mail more to me. A few minutes later she called to say they found the form and she scheduled my appointment. The day of the appointment I was told to complete the new patient forms. She could not find the ones I had already done and I could not see the doctor w/o.

I would not recommend Dr. Arents. Used old lab work which showed me being sicker than my current labs so I would qualify for an expensive life long treatment

Never saw doctor, hospital sent tests to be read. Never received any bills until sent to collections. Had insurance company look into & the drs office said, “well we sent it.” Never had anything like this happen & had very good credit before this. Now I’m screwed because of the ineptness of the office.
