I went there for a procedure. Be aware, they require your SSN and/or a copy of your credit card to keep on file. With so many medical breaches of information, we do not share our SSN, or let anyone copy a credit card front and back. That's how people steal identities. Don't do it. Ask your physician for a better place. I was happy to pay my copay and the 20%. I'm not willing to put my families financial information in danger. So, I did not have my procedure.

I would never go to this place again. The nurses were great. The billing department is horrible. I had my insurance information that it was fully covered. They said it wasn't and if you don't pay you won't get the procedure done. I now can see that it was fully covered by my insurance and they say I will get my money back in 6 to 8 weeks. Totally rude even when she was wrong.

My doctor is Katie Agnello this is the reason I was here for the colonoscopy. The place is great, my only wish is for the nurses to listen to the patients a bit more. We know our bodies better than they do and simple things can turn into problems if they cover their ears and refuse to listen to us.

From start to finish, perfection. Nurses are the biggest critics (especially ICU nurses-and make for the worst patients)...we're not used to being "the patient" and boy is it difficult. We've seen far too much and tend to be prepared for the worst! Probably why I put this off for 2 years. This experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Katie Agnello has it all-expertise and amazing bedside manner-she should teach others how it's done...the woman acts like she loves her job, her patients and it shows! Amanda, CRNA was so good to me when she learned of my fear of sedation-her competence spoke volumes along with her patience and trusting demeanor-so thankful. While I was casing the place for a way out and almost ran for it, she was amazing...forever grateful. Pre-op/post-op Kathy was wonderful. Now stop procrastinating and schedule :)

The moment they checked me in they were very sweet, very nice. I couldn’t believe how quickly my two procedures were done and over with and how nice I can’t even begin to tell you how great it was, when I woke up and not sick it was amazing that was the first time ever that I didn’t get sick after anesthesia. So a big shadow of thank you‘s to this place

When they checked me in, they were very sweet. They got me back there I was in and out there after having two procedures done, it was all excellent. The nurse the staff the anesthesiologist especially my doctor it was awesome. Also I want to state it's a very first time I never threw up after anesthesia I felt great so a big shout out to them thank you and I think your place is amazing
