Asked the right questions and knew enough to send a patient to the right specialist. Excellent diagnostician.

I see Dr. Ross 4 times a year because of the type of medication I take. I have been seeing him for 6 years. In the last years, every time I see him it's like my first visit. He can't remember scripts he has given me and asks the same things like (where do you work) every visit now. Refers me for issues and never asks how the referral went. I think he's losing it.

Dr. Ross is extremely patient and understanding. I have Agorphobia (fear of going out) and have missed many appointments due to my fears. Other doctors I've seen did not understand and would get angry, charge me for the missed visit. Dr. Ross fits me into his schedule in between patients, on his own time. I love him.
