My husband had his left (2022) and right leg (2023) angioplasty procedure done by Dr Halaby and all went well. Dr Halaby is professional and courteous. He explains the situation well even to me as a worried spouse. God bless him.

When a doctor tells you he closes his eyes and says a prayer before cutting (surgery) hoping he doesn't permanently put you on a colostomy bag for life ....that's when you leave and NEVER go back!!!!!

Dr Issam Halaby is absolutely the best you could ever have when you need a great surgeon. He is a very very caring individual who also happens to be a great surgeon you can not do any better than him. Good luck trying if you think you can !!

DrHalaby was kind and very easy to talk to...I felt comfortable and he helped me understand what was going on and how we would correct the problem. ..feel I have much more information and better understanding what was going on..although disappointed with outcome of surgery..I feel DrHalaby did try and I'm great full I woke up...
