Dr. Guzman and the entire staff at Suncoast Orthopedic is the best. The entire staff is cordial, dependable and respond to any and all questions. I've been a patient of Dr. Guzman and also of Dr. Cuff. You couldn't ask for better Orthopedic care in Venice and Sarasota County.

Dr. Guzman examined my ankle, asked a lot of questions and listened to my answers. He was very knowledgeable and offered a treatment. He also observed a problem that I should see another specialist for. Very caring doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Guzman performed ankle surgery on my left ankle in December. He provides excellent care and information during the office visits regarding the surgery and rehabilitation protocol.

Dr. Guzman was kind, thorough, and, gentle in diagnosing my foot problem. He then explained the treatment options and gave me the choice of which one to take.

The dr said I would have exercises printed and waiting for me when I checked out. They weren’t there. I remembered when I got to my car and came back to get them. They still weren’t there with no notes in my chart. He said he was putting me on a script. I asked before I left to make sure it was called in that day because I was leaving the next morning. No script called in. I called back the next day and it wasn’t even in my chart.

Dr Guzman was kind and explained everything fully. Took time to explain. Also was OK with adjusting treatment as I requested.

I visited Dr. Guzman with arch pain in my right foot. Dr. Guzman did an x-ray and didn't see any noticeable problem. He assessed that my achilles tendon and plantar fascia tendon were very tight. Dr. Guzman recommended a routine of stretches and recommended a more cushioned walking shoe ( I walk 18 miles a week). I followed Dr. Guzman's directions and I no longer have the pain in my arch.
