Office is terrible. We reached on time for appointment. We were late a little bit because of paperwork due to their incorrect address on google. Very unprofessional and do not value patients time. We never receive any paperwork that needs to be filled up. You are wrong here because you value tight strict schedule policy that is fine however, you dont even have the correct address on file for people to find you. Before you impose strict regulations on your patients, you and your office need to examine your own work ethic and what you advertise to your patients. If you dont have value for your patients, we won't value you either. You are not the only cardiologist in town! This was first appointment that was scheduled. But after what happened today, we will never ever return to this doctor or schedule any appointments with First Physicians Group anymore. You need to update your address!

I had a phone conference. Dr. Balzano was very easy to talk with. He is open to questions and my concerns. He answered with professional and understandable way. I would highly recommend him to others.

I cannot say enough good about Dr Balzano. In 1999 when my Mom was 80 years old, she was having pain across her back and through her rib cage. I took her to Venice Hosp emergency. They took her in immediately, did a heart cath and put her in the hospital within about an hour. He and Dr Dayo set her up for a bypass. She said she was 80 and probably wouldn’t live long anyway. Dr Dayo said “ you don’t know how long you are going to live!” We convinced her and she lived to be nearly 98. She got to see her granddaughter graduate, her grandson get married, and met her 2 great grandchildren, among many other things. Her heart was still strong even when she passed. She died of other causes. I thank both Dr. Balzano and Dr. Dayo for giving my mom (and her family) another lifetime. We are truly grateful!
