I had a Teledoc visit with Dr. Joseph Chan. He was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked him for his name and information he responded that I would get an email with his information after the call and then he hung up. The call was incomplete and he failed to address my issues. One star is too generous for this unsatisfactorily level of service

Dr Chan is awesome. My first in office visit...did telehealth first. After this visit I did what he said and no more back pain...no more ankle pain just by changing to correct shoes and started wearing shoes around house during. This quarentine time. Put on proper sandals with heels rather than Sketchers...flat tennis shoes. Back stopped hurting and ankle...like miracle. One day after seeing Dr Chan Tkx u soooooo much....Judi Perrier

Could not agree on treatment plan. Prescribes meds quickly.Does not enjoy conversation about nutrition and its effective relationship to health .

Dr. Chan is absolutely fabulous. He listens. He makes personal calls to his patients and his staff is incredibly friendly. The front office staff is prompt and knowledgable and his nurse is very nice.
