List of Kayla Rapp's Reviews
My husband and I had our first appointment with Dr Rapp today! Best Dr we have had in FL. Didn't feel rushed at all. Office staff was great as well!
Best Doctor I have seen in Florida! Very easy to talk to, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I felt like she took the time to talk through treatment options and patiently answered every one of my questions. Great Doctor! I’m so grateful I found her.
Well I Was assigned this doctor on my healthcare hmo plan and IT IS not off to a good start. I had to wait on hold for 21 minutes on my first call for a new patient visit and gave up. Called back the next day and waited 31 minutes before anyone answered. Then the male receptionist who answered advised I couldn’t even make an appointment until I filled out new patient paperwork and brought it to their offices. So I printed and brought up there today …just to be told I can’t even get in till May! As an HMO patient I can’t get even get to a referral doctor till I see her, AND if I get sick or run out of my daily prescriptions all I can do is go to urgent care!? Wth!? He was rude and acted as if he didn’t even want a new patient…I felt he was trying to talk me out of seeing her! t is sad that our healthcare system has come to this. I will also add there was NO ONE there or waiting….he was chatting with a co-worker when I walked up. Why did it take so long to answer the phone? Also I submitted a “request to book new patient appointment” twice on their website and never got a call. So I’m not sure nor the doctor is good or not as I won’t see her till May…but I can tell her staff isn’t. Also, why not just put a link on their website to tell you to print and submit paperwork?? Or have a way to do online? Very outdated systems here in Florida
Dr Rapp is a great doctor and I really liked her but it’s a shame that her practice engages in fraudulent billing practices. I went in for a physical (covered 100% by my Insurance) and they billed it as a sick visit. I received an outrageous bill from Dr. Rapp’s office. After two calls to their billing department and FOUR to the office, they refused to fix it claiming that’s how they bill for new patients. The funny thing is, Dr. Rapp herself told me during my visit that they were still trying to figure out billing codes etc and to call the office if I received a bill for hundreds of dollars. I have never been charged extra or had a visit up-coded just for being a new patient.
Dr. Rapp is what medicine should be about. I moved to Florida recently and my first appointment with her was wonderful. First: her staff is warm and welcoming, and they knew exactly how to deal with my insurance with all its quirks. Second: My appointment was dead on "on time." Third, I was treated with respect by her staff, in everything from questions about my prior situation to getting my new information. Fourth: Dr. Rapp herself is warm and welcoming. She LISTENED to everything I felt I needed her to know, and she asked pertinent questions when clarification was needed. Fifth: she did not rush me, or act like she had somewhere else to be. She arranged for all my prescriptions easily, she ordered all the tests I need and gave me all the referrals necessary. Easily a 5 STAR visit with a 5 STAR DOCTOR!! jej
I have been under Dr Rapp’s care for the past year. She is excellent at listening to patients concerns/issues and spot on with needed follow up/procedural care. I have found her to provide the needed time during an office visit and the dialogue/communication has been excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
