My husband and I are snowbirds from Ohio. Dr. Miller and his staff have always been there for us when we need them. Their entire staff is outgoing and friendly and willing to help.

Office manager rude and rolls her eyes when patients walk away

Office staff is rude esp the office manager and they make fun of patients behind their backs for their medical conditions

Receptionist is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Tried to get my prescription filled and due to multiple vacations within a one month time span I haven’t been able to get my medicine because there is only one doctor capable of writing a prescription. When they are available it is fine but it isn’t healthy to be on and off medicine that one needs on a day to day basis. Disappointed in the the way the receptionist acts towards paying patients.

I just turn to 65 and enrolled to Medicare one month, I tried to contacted to the new primary Dr. Many times , but never got a phone call back... just when I was wondering ...I was hit by a bicyclist with fractured shoulder and concussion plus lung lesion...I was brought to ICU and finaly send home, but need a lot of follow up and need referrals. Without a primary Dr. I can not do any follow up. I called my best friend who have the same insurance plan, she suggested me to call Paridise family care. The moment I walked in that place, I feel the atmosphere are fill of warmth and welcoming. The same day I got to see this wonderful NP Vanessa and the manager Renea is so willing to help me out. she is so professional and knows what to do. I am so thankful to know that: there are people in this world do care and will go extra miles to make other people's life a little easier. ??

I've been a patient for several years. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Miller, the PA and the entire staff - with a special shout out to Luanna for her kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend this practice.

Love ARNP Vanessa. Office Manger is rude, moody, speaks over patient, interrupts conversations. She needs to find an other job.

Dr. Miller is great, office Secretary Donna very helpful and caring. The nurse Ann is not caring at all and really should not be working as a nurse.

Dr. Miller and PA Venessa are very kind, thorough, and understanding. They listen well and clearly explain diagnosis. I would recommend to anyone needing a great family doctor!

Detail oriented, compassionate and thorough are all words I’d use to describe Dr. Miller and his staff. The nurse practioner is also a dream to work with when Dr. Miller isn’t available. This is a team of individuals that truly believes in their mission to bring health and wellness to their patients and I highly encourage you to check them out if you’re ever in need of a primary care physician. To the gentleman that gave a one star review... people have bad days. The front desk and other support personnel have always been very professional and understanding when I call or have questions regarding orders or prescriptions. Try to have some understanding instead of speaking out in a review. You’ve also left other 1 start reviews so maybe a little introspection is required on your part before you lash out at a practice that has always treated myself and many others very well. On a side note the waiting room is always full when I’m there. I have no idea what this gentleman is on about but I’m happy to wait for such great service and fantastic care.
