Was looking for a good doctor, but it wasn't here. Requested that patients show up for their scheduled appointment 30 minutes early. When we weren't there, they called me and asked where I was. I told them I was in route and the receptionist tried to berrate me for not being there 30 minutes early. My response was that I had checked in online and when we arrive, it takes them a total of 2 minutes to look at driver's license and insurance card. When I arrived (20 minutes before scheduled appointment), the doctor had left. The office wanted us to reschedule but I told them they could have told us on the phone that the dr was leaving. Then her associate, husband, saw us and we had to ask for the results of each test because he was wanting to leave as well. Very unprofessional office. My time is just as important as theirs! Won't be returning. I definitely would not recommend this office if you are looking for pleasant results. I would give a zero star, but not an option with this site.

I have been going to Dr. Broadway's office since 2018. Originally for my mother of 92 years. Seeing how well she cared for my mother I became a patient of hers. She is always on time, caring, listens completely, never rushed, never interupts, and lets you be part of the treatment process. Responds quickly on Patient Portal.

Dr. Broadway is compassionate, patient and thorough. She treated my mom with such dignity and respect and really took the time to understand what her particular needs are. Her office is one of the brightest and cheeriest offices and all of Sarasota County. Filled with beautiful local artwork and fantastic energy. Her staff is attentive, professional and polite. Top notch care.

Worst physician I’ve ever heard of and experienced along with her colleague. She treated my family with discrimination and disrespect and after I suffered a severe attack while driving and I called to speak with someone and her response was ‘you know how I feel about your medical condition, take some time and see how you feel’ as if I was faking everything. Will NEVER go back and will keep everyone I know away.

I have been going to Dr. Broadway's office for over 5 years and never disappointed. This month I had 2 urgent visits where Dr. Broadway wasn't available on a short notice, and I had to be treated by the nurse practitioner Rachel Franzen. I was very impressed by Rachel's handling of my pinched nerve and the skin cancer growth removal. She was very knowledgeable and took time answering all my questions. She did a great job in both cases!

I feel confident Dr. Broadway reviews your health history and prescribes the best treatment for you. She is through and willing to have discussions about your concerns and allow you to make the decision. I would highly recommend Dr Broadway and her staff to navigate you to a healthier life.
