All I can say is the best experience I've had at an optometrist, the patient care personnel were absolutely wonderful. Lori truly cared about my eye health, explained everything in depth. She even walked me out and asked if I had any questions before turning me over to the front desk. I just received my new glasses today absolutely the best experience I've ever had. I brought her prescription to the VA, they put me in new glasses & frames, what a wonderful new experience. I honestly love them and the VA. I have to add that my wife dosen't have insurance and had to use a discount store and her prescription was so off she could actually see better out of her old glasses. Please don't be fooled by the buy 2 for $$$$$$ .
