The worst medical care I have ever received. Kept me on non-effective antibiotics for MONTHS that never resolved the problem. Consistently talked over me and ignored me when I tried to explain my experiences and symptoms. Charged me more than my insurance co-pay. Took a culture, never shared results, and never used results to inform treatment. Also, never billed my insurance for the culture, instead charging me full price. I had to file the claim myself. I was in immense discomfort and pain for over a year due to this man. A different ENT was able to solve my issue in one visit.

My experience with Dr Patete has been very positive. He was able to squeeze me in for an appt when my regular ENT Dr could not get to me for over a month. My experience with him and his staff has been very good and I recommend him without hesitation. What some reviewers describe as "rude" may be what I consider to be his focus on getting the job done. Some older folks are looking for someone to keep them company. They should join a social club. Dr Papete is knowledgeable, to the point, and anxious to diagnose and cure your problems. I selfishly hope he does not retire any time soon.

he was loud and nasty, wouldn't listen to my questions or to answers to his and was insulting and rude and did not take care of my problem. worst doctor I ever went to. Do not make an appt. with him he is awful and wouldn't take even a snake to get help from him, he is a big zerro

he was rude and never let me finish what I was saying, talked down and loud to me and didn't help my problem at all. awful doctor and should NOT be in business of taking care of people, I wouldn't let my dog see him for help.

Dr. Patete is caring and was quick to diagnose my problem and treated me prophylactically first before doing surgery. Celeste and all Staff in the office were wonderful and made me feel comfortable!!

Wonderful practice, I wish all doctors could be like Dr. Patete and his staff. Amber was able to get me in as a new patient for an emergency and Celeste and Dr. Patete fixed me right up! The billing specialist (Russell) was awesome too!! Highly recommend!!

When I met the doctor not only was he abrupt, patronizing, brash and abrasive, but he also couldn’t help himself from talking about politics. I really don’t think political ideology of ANY kind has any place in a doctors office, and it definitely made me uncomfortable. I found it completely inappropriate, unprofessional and off-putting. There are also signs and decor around the office that make it very obvious which side of the political spectrum he is on. Again, believe what you want, but a doctors office is not an appropriate place to display that. Also, everything looks old and shabby and the instruments look like they haven't been updated in decades. Plus they are cash only which just seems unnecessarily old fashioned. Definitely never going back.

Every visit I have had with Dr Patete has been above what I expected. He takes the time to ask questions and listen to your answers. His office personnel is friendly and courteous. If you need his services I would highly recommend using this professional.
