Over the last two and a half years I've found Dr.Ulitsky to be a professional and empathetic physician accompanied with great health care workers. The office staff is similarly staffed with dedicated employees also.

Dr. Ulitsky is a good doctor and treated me well. However, she can be unethical with billing. Warning: Do not ask a question about anything other than the condition you made the appointment to be treated. If you do, her office will charge you for a second visit. I had asked the Dr. a question about a separate issue, and she encouraged me to be do an experimental skin treatment which she assured I would not be charged. Unknowing to me, she instead charged me for an additional visit. So wrong!!

I have recommended Dr. Ulitsky to several people. I think she is very caring, and knows what she is doing. The only negative is that I have never NOT waited at least 15 minutes AFTER my appointment time, which is very annoying.

Dr. Ulitsky didn't do a sufficient job when diagnosing my skin. She was rude, and her assistant was even worse when I had my appointment with her. I have been to better dermatologists and dealt with a more efficient organization than her practice.
