P Dee Stephenson's Online Review Report Card

Dr Stephenson is very kind and reassuring. She calls the night before and the evening of the surgery. My experience was pain free and I now have 20/20 vision for the first time since 6th grade. (Many years ago.) I would definitely recommend her for your eye care needs.

I had my cataracts removed a couple of weeks ago. I highly recommend her.

My husband & I have both been going to Dr. Stephenson for several years. We have both had cataract surgery within the last two years, and have been very pleased with our results. I recently have had a more rare condition come up. I cannot begin to tell you the level of care that she and her staff have given me during this stressful time. We are considering a move to a different part of the state. I can say with complete confidence that I would always come back to Venice to see Dr Dee! Best ophthalmologist ever!! I have sent many friends to her and they are as pleased as we are!

Dr. Stephenson is exceptional. Her staff is great. I highly recommend her for cataract surgery and to correct astigmatism. She did a superb job and even checked in with me the evening before my surgery and the evening after. A truly caring professional.

Dr. Stephenson performed cataract surgery on my right eye and then my left eye a few weeks later. I was very nervous at first but Dr. Dee put my mind at ease. Her office staff is wonderful and so was the surgical team. Dr. Dee was honest, kind, caring, and she took the time to answer all my questions without getting impatient or upset. I was really nervous because I have some other health complications that made me a higher risk but Dr. Dee was attentive and understanding to them. Surgery was a success and my eyesight is like I’m 30 again.

Absolutely, yes, I will certainly recommend Doctor Dee! She has given me back clear and bright sight. I am amazed! She is the most compassionate doctor I have ever known. If you have cataracts, she will solve your problem.

Dr. Stephenson is a very rude and crude person. I had cataract surgery in May of 2017 and it was a terrible experience. I was having reflex reactions which caused me to move. she told me "stop scrunching your eye".."stop moving your head" "you're going to go blind" . I wanted her to STOP or give me more anesthesia. She grabbed my head, pushed it back and held it down. Finally she told the anesthesiologist "you better give her more". Apparently she did as I didn't feel it after that. My eye was severely damaged .

I am so happy with my new eyesight. Staff was kind and very professional. Dr. Stephenson, to me, is a miracle worker. Extreme astigmatism in left eye with some in the right eye. Now have 20/20 vision and could not have been treated better. Everything was explained in all the detail I wanted. I have full confidence in Stephenson Eye Associates and will definitely recommend to others.
